Never order after 9p they close at 10p but your order will not be prepared. Nor will they call you and inform you. This has... happened 3 times already. Drive up there and they say we closed early and we never got your order. I think 3 times is enoughopportunity to get it right. They think we're going to continue to patronize their establishment no matter what they do. Today Iofficially don't eat at pizza hut anymore. I'll eat a Red Baron before I order from again. It's dirty, the employees are rude. They gave me the wrong pizza. I had to drive back and they were trying to give me the... correct pizza that was sitting there. They had to make it over. They guy was so rude . He told me he had orders before me. Itold him it was their fault that I was even here. I will never go back there, it's horrible!! Read more
Order is never ready for pickup on time. You order on the app which typically says pizza will be ready in 15mins. You give them... 30mins and when you get there 9 out of 10 times you have to wait for them to start cooking your pizza. Read more
I live around the corner. Pick up time was supposed to be 15-20 mins and I arrive later than that window and my food hasn't even... gotten in the oven yet. As someone who has worked for pizza hut in the past I know there is no excuse for a 40+ minute wait timeon 2 pizzas. This location isn't that busy. Do better Read more
If zero stars was possible, that is what my rating would be. Quite disgusting to discover on the bottom of my pizza that a roach... was baked into breading. I can only wonder how many other orders went out with "extra" ingredients. Will not be returning tothis location period. Read more
I used the Pizza Hut App to place my order. I come back to 2 different transactions on my bank account. I called the store and... they wouldn't refund my money until they had the food back. I sure went back and the manager shouts out loud "throw away thesepizzas!" Not even an apology for their error. I placed one order and they charged me for two.
