My experience was poor enough I would have rather went through the trouble of cooking. Its about ~$60 for 2 large pizzas... received cold because they've been sitting on the ground for who knows how long. It used to be ~$20-30 bucks to get few a pizzasdelivered, (actually delivered not just left on the ground). & I wont even get into the hoops you have to jump through to loginto your pizza hut account. They sent me a personal pan pizza instead of the pizza I ordered. I called the store and Justice who claimed to be a manager... promised to cancel my order and promised to call me. But of course as expected she did not. She didn?t call back as promisedeither. This is the second time in a row that they made a large mistake. The first time they just didn?t include my wings in myorder but a different manager Valentino brought them to me himself which was wonderful but they need new staff. These aremistakes that are easily prevented with adequate employees who pay attention to customers orders. Read more

Worst pizza Hut branch in the world. I took 3 pizzas in which they gave one empty box, in 2nd no sauce in pizza, in 3rd very... less cheese and sauce. When I went back the day after they told they can't do anything about it and told me to come on Monday tomeet the manager. Read more

Worst experience with pizza hut. I Order 42 dollars worth of food and couldn't eat it do to allergens. Manager promised that I... will recieve 2nd pizza to make it right. The pizza never arrived. I waited about 5 hours. For I ordered 4.30p and ended up being9 pm. Told a a small credit for next time. Why? Told manager won't be in again until tomorrow. Read more

Watch your payments!! They charge me more than $100 dls for 2 pizzas!!!! The guy told me he have to swiped again my card cause... the tip... but I had a second transaction notice at my phone!! $54 and a second payment of $60!! When I claim to the "manager"he said I'm gonna have my refund!! I just got back 40 dls... !??? Don't think so ... there's the picture proving that he chargedtwice.. I ordered 2 pizzas 1 large pepperoni and 1 small pizza with bbq sauce, no cheese, and pepperoni. My son is highly allergic to... milk so I told them no cheese! specifically NOCheese! I got it delivered and paid exact change. The large was fine but thesmall HAD CHEESE ON IT. I call up there to ask for them to remake it and deliver another one, the manager goes back and forthwith me because he was frustrated, then he hangs up. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! I call again and demand to speak to his boss, he thencontinues to yell argue with me. He hands the phone to someone else and they agree to remake it. I get the second one and ALL OFTHE PEPPERONI IS BURNT, NOT JUST EXTRA COOKED BUT BLACK?. SERIOUSLY!!!! I call up there again and the manager tells me I have todrive up there and give them the burnt one if I want the pizza remade. Why? I paid the delivery fee. I?ve never received suchterrible service from a manager. They also mentioned that his name was MR.Brown?.I ended up speaking to his boss to resolve theissue, but I won?t be ordering from this location again; horrible service and a rude manager. At 1pm I called in the following order large pepperoni pizza, brownie, and dr.pepper. In addition, I requested 4 paper plates,... and napkins. Received verbal feedback that order will be delivered at 1:45 pm. At 2:20 I called to follow up on my order whichhad not been delivered. Told by a female representative at the store that order had been delivered. Told her the order was notdelivered and since it was not delivered I requested a refund. Told her I?d like to speak to a manager because I did not wantanything but a refund. She agreed to refund the full amount. However, the driver comes at 2:50 pm with the cold pizza. Did notbring the plates or napkins. Told the driver I?ve already placed an order with Marcos pizza since order had not been fulfilled.Specifically told the driver I was to get a refund and I am still awaiting my refund. Pizza was cold and uneatable. Aftertending to my busy salon I then proceeded to call and speak to manager. The representative claimed to be manager wasunprofessional rude and denied offering me the refund. His rude communication to me consisted of this ?After YALL got donehovering over the pizza? He denied previous communication of refund refused to provide his name or ID and refused to accept usreturning the pizza. Please do not place an order with location as they lack professionalism and the ability to deliver qualitypizza. Absolutely disheartening. Thank goodness for Marcos Pizza. I?m tired of companies taking advantage of people and theirhard earned money therefore I?ll be reaching out to corporate office to discuss the service rendered and request my full refund. Read more
