I've been waiting here for 5+ minutes. My order is ready right in front me in the heating unit, & this guy sees me & the other... customers, and refuses to check out our orders. In addition to coughing and sneezing all over the food he's preparing in theback. Unprofessional. If I could give this place zero out of five...I would. Read more
1 pizza took an hour and 20 minutes. There was no call from the store to give me a reason why there was a delay especially since... it says 35-45 minutes wait. At this point I don?t want cold pizza that?s been sitting for at least an hour and 10 minutes?I justwant a refund. I called them and once they finally found my order he cheerfully says ?oh she?s already there?, as if I reallycared. The driver didn?t speak English which aggravated this situation even more. There was an employee by the name of Richard that told me about getting the pizza "double cut". I work at a nearby hospital and... have alot of coworkers. Sometimes, they waste half of a slice of pizza. They can double cut a large or a medium pizza. The pizzamakes it from the standard 8 slices to 16 slices. This perfect for people at the hospital work place. Yeah, people might takemore but at least people can try different pizzas if you buy 10 different boxes of pizza. Try to order the pizza via the Pizzahut app, it's much cheaper than ordering it by phone or as walk in. I had no problems with doing carry out. The only problem isthat the parking spaces are really narrow. So if you drive a nice car, park further away from other cars. Read more
This store used to be terrible but since it has come into new management (as of approximately 2 weeks ago) the change is night... and day. The pizza I ordered was the best quality pizza I've had from pizza hut in a long time and i definitely plan to continueordering from here in the future. If you have had a poor experience in the past I highly encourage you to try again as it is notthe same store anymore by any means. Also met the new manager when I picked up the pizza, she seems nice and as though sheactually cares about the store. Absolutely blown away and much better than I was expecting.
