Pizza hut on federal road delivered my order one hour and 15 minutes late. My order was taken at 6:54 pm with a promised time of... 30 to 45 minutes mind you the location was/is exactly 7 minutes away from the pizza hut location. My order was $28 and $30 waspaid for a cold pizza, cold cheesy bread and soggy wings that were like rubber chewing. My boxes were NOT secured with thesticker to ensure the container/box couldn't be opened plus my liter of soda was not cold. The manager informed me I could sendit back then wait another hour or so for an order that would be redelivered I'm sure as the first cold & unsealed. There was ahair on the cheesy bread I threw it away the entire order & insult as well as frustration is why I am not pleased with theservice & a manager expecting me to accept a cold order in addition to offering the same expected service. I do not work forpizza hut to know how their operations are being handled, it's also not my business nor concern about shortage of drivers theowner is responsible for ensuring staff is sufficient. The option to be inconvenienced & insulted as a paying customer who alsotipped is not an experience I'll ever pay for again. I called customer service as well and unsure how my complaint is beinghandled from their headquarters. I want a refund or a fair discount on my next order that I expect to be hot & fresh as well assealed. RIDICULOUS!! As a matter of fact, I think I might be done with Pizza Hut altogether! First off, we?ve been going to this... location for years. We are loyal rewards members also. Sure they?ve messed up a few times in the past, but not enough to make meleave a bad review. We recently moved (half a mile away and still in the same zip code) so I called customer service to confirmthat this location could still deliver to us. It was a go! When I tried to order online, it sent me to a different location. Nobig deal, right? So I call the other location and this rude man answered the phone and told me they don?t deliver; they don?thave drivers. Cool. So I call this location and now, after I double checked to see if they would deliver, they won?t. I?mcompletely irritated with the whole process so it looks like they?ve lost our business completely. I have never had a pizza from pizza hut that tasted so good and so fresh, the pizza was nice and saucy with plenty of toppings... even with it being thin crust. My only complaint is when I request my thin crust pizza to be cut in squares a lot of the timethey do not do it ???? Read more
The delivery person called us and asked us to come to her car. She said she was short staffed and had a lot of deliveries to... make and didn't feel like getting out their car. When I got back home, our pizza was under distress to say the least. Thepicture is exactly how the pizza looked when we first opened the box. We've ordered from here a few times. Had the lunch buffet on a Monday around 1pm. There were about 4 different pizzas, one red pasta dish, breadsticks, cinnamon... sticks, and the salad bar. The salad bar had both a Caesar salad and a garden mix with all the optional toppings. I was verypleased with the selections all for about $8!! Pizzas were not fresh when we arrived but didn't look like they were sitting formore than an hour. 30minutes into our dining...they brought out 3 fresh pizzas!! We waited for our bellies to settle and had afresh slice for the road! Lol. The breadsticks were pretty dry and hard but they brought out fresh ones later. The waitress whoserved us kept our drinks filled and tables cleaned. I had been wanting to go to a Pizza Hut buffet in years and was notdisappointed. Definitely worth the money. Take your time and wait for fresh stuff to come out ;) I remember years ago we couldask for a specific pizza and they'll make it. Didn't try asking because they had a good selection. Ordered my pizza at 8:24. Was told it would take 25 to 35 minutes. An hour went by no pizza. I waited an additional 20 mins... before calling. When I called the young lady said my order is out for delivery with door dash. I never received my pizza. Nocall from the store, no email, nothing. Very disappointing. I'm glad I was paying cash.
