I came with my wife to eat here after a long time craving pollo campero.The cashier ask for my order I tell her and the... transaction is complete.Afterwards I realize the tortillas weren?t included I understand it was my mistake but she could havegave me a pass since it was honest mistake.What worse afterwards they never tell me I would have to wait 15 minutes chickenbreast while this is my half hour of lunch.I sit there and wait more then 15 minutes passed.Best they can tell me oh waitanother 5 minutes. I go back and buy the tortillas and 2 breads since that?s actually what I wanted from my first order not eventhat they still charged me. After waiting and seeing everybody eat.I had to get up because I was planning dining in but couldn?tanymore told them I needed to take my food to go.I actually would have requested for a full refund but didn?t because I wouldn?thave another chance buy food somewhere else until I got home. This is my very first time at pollo campero. It has good flavor, grilled i liked better than fried. Fried was just too greasy... for me. Fries were just too greasy as well. It is just not for me. Read more
As with everything, the prices have gone up. Plus, some of my favorite items on the menu have been discontinued. With all that... being said, I still like their grilled chicken, rice, & beans!!! Read more

Their nuggets are nice and crispy, the yuca fries are awesome. We shared the 9 piece with my daughter.
I love this place. I came here the first month it opened. I also came on May 4, 2018. This place has not changed and the... customer service I have received every time has been outstanding! The wait is not too long and the food is delicious! The onlyissue is that I had a coupon for specific items and I did not receive the chicken the coupon specified. I did however was nottold the grilled chicken was out and all they had was fried. But, when I got home with my meal I looked at my meal I wassurprised to see that for the inconvenience of not telling me and no availability of the grilled chicken they did however, gaveme an extra piece of chicken for the inconvenience. I really liked that! I was hoping to taste the grilled for the first timebut I guess it?ll have to be next time. Third time in a month buying the grilled chicken and the flavor and seasoning have definitely change. Flavorful over the past 3... years to bland and meh during the past month. I was hoping it was a temporary thing but it looks like the recipe changed.Ridiculous that we ordered online so not to wait 15 minutes to the Camperitos just to get there at the indicated time and havingto wait another 10 more minutes. Never going again. Update: I returned a couple of months later and through today and thechicken flavor was back to normal. Delicious. Increasing to 4 starts. Still one start short for the amount of wait on thecamperitos. Read more
