My favorite place to eat fried chicken pollo campero is delicious???? this company is popular in El Salvador ???????? I am proud... to see pollo campero restaurant in United States. Please try it you will love the taste. The fríes and everything is sogood. Just one comment the ladies should be more friendly and smile more for sure but other then that the food is great . The staff here including the manager or whoever the guy in the black shirt is needs retraining on how the rewards works. I... placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up, I got a notification from the Pollo Campero app that I have a coupon thatexpires today so I decided to redeem it at the counter when I pick up the order. However, when I tried to redeem it at thecounter, the cashier in the orange shirt freaked out and called the manager. When the manager came he said that I need to make apurchase to redeem the coupon which isn't true as this is not the first time I was sent this coupon, so I told him I'm justgoing to redeem it in the app by placing another mobile order which worked just fine without having to "make a purchase". Theymade me feel like I was asking for free stuff out of their own pocket not that the company they work for is the one who offeredit to me. The company is trying to get customers to use their mobile app more by offering incentives and a rewards program, yetwhen you go to the store the staff don't know what you're talking about and this is a direct result of the management not doinga good job training their employees. Please don?t go to eat at this location with these jerks. We usually always go spend $60 bucks everyday to buy for our workers... food and when I requested a simple combo of 2 for 2 they were very rude and toke such a long time for them to give me the orderI ended up getting a complete a combo for the deal. They did it on purpose. They literally game me an empanada with bones. Verydisappointed with the servers here.what can you expect from a restaurant like this. Read more

This restaurant offers a welcome variation on fried chicken by offering it up Guatemalan style. The breading on the skin is... light and fried to a nice crisp and compliments the chicken with a slightly sweet taste. The chicken itself is moist andtender. The Camperitos, or chicken nuggets, offer up an equally flavorful, moist and tender experience, however, each nugget issmaller than the size you are accustomed to getting at other chicken restaurants. So a 6 piece meal will not satisfy mostappetites A variety of sides are offered as an accompanyment to the chicken. We tried the potato fries, the yucca fries and thebeans. On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate the potato fries a 3, the yucca fries a 4, and the beans a 5. We wanted to try the chickenempanadas but unfortunately the restaurant did not have any available when we were there. The service was prompt and friendly.I will definitely add Pollo Campo into my restaurant rotation but only for an occasional once or twice per month change of pace. Read more
