The location closest to Scott and 610 is the absolute worse. I've use this location on more than one occasion because I'm a... pretty fair person and I think that sometimes people have bad days but never again. I used the drive thru which has a brokenmenu and the person taking my order was speaking in his bedroom voice so I had to practically get out my car to hear him. Once Iordered and pulled around someone stuck there head out the window to instruct me to stop just behind the window. He nevergreeted me or informed me of what was going on but I waited. I literally waited 20 minutes for my food. Since I wasn't given anydetails of what was going on I assumed that the food was being made fresh so that helped in my decision to continue to wait.When I was motioned to pull up to the window I wasn't offered an apology or anything for the wait. The thought of hot freshfood was to be my reward for my patience. Wen I received my food it was barely room temp at best. So what was my 20 minute waitfor because clearly my food wasn't fresh?!?!? I was so upset but I paid for it so I took it home and warmed it up. I will neveruse this location again. Read more

I had the worst experience at this Popeyes a young lady by the name of Tamika work in the drive-through has the worst attitude... in the world. Her customer service skills is awful I simply asked her a question she rolled her eyes and looked at me veryestranged I ask her because she get the manager she just stood there well in her eyes looking at me estranged I would never comeback to this Popeyes as long as I live and word of a mouth gets around and I would sell all my friends and family to not come todoes Popeyes either ! Not the friendliest employees but the chicken is fresh and the lines move fast so ???????????
