HORRIBLE. Never going back. THE MANAGER IS BEYOND RUDE and obviously does not care. I was in line for 26 minutes, i know for A... FACT. I had paid for my 4 piece combo that i ordered through the app, but in line added just two biscuits and a drink. I owed $5bucks, when i got to the front finally it was the manager who was at the window. I told him how long i had been in line and hedid apologize just said, ?yeah the person in front of you had a big order?. I told him it would be common courtesy to at leastcomp the 2 biscuits and tea,all he did was give me half off. And the chicken he gave me was not dark meat, which i ordered.After i had TOUCHED the wrong chicken he still took that back and still did not apologize. 1 star is less that what deserve! Horrible people and worst service ever! Bunch of kids taking care of clients that don?t even... know common sense nor courtesy! $70, waited for over 1 hour for a family meal and they got it completely wrong! I will never again visit this Popeyes! They get mad after you request hot food. I had to return to only be given same. They pick... which ones they want. They?re rude and very unprofessional, I don?t even live close. They must not use fresh oil because they?refries are gross. Left bad taste in my mouth. Read more
Ordered on the app, showed up got my order and left. When I got back to the office I realized they had given us mild strips.... Normally wouldn?t be a big deal but they had literally no flavor and no one would eat them. So I confirmed the receipt saidspicy which it did. I decided to call before driving back up there to make sure they would take care of it. 4 calls later (tothe phone number on the receipt, #17) still no answer so I give it some time, for the lunch crowd to die down and tried thenumber on google maps. First time to this Popeyes. I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries and my cold fries were just thrown in the bottom of the... bag with the fry holder laying in the bottom of the bag underneath. My chicken sandwich was luke warm and messy but tasted okayand still had a crunch to it. Read more
Food is ok, service is lacking at this location. I ordered online, got there 20 minutes later just to find out they haven't even... started on my order yet. I've been to other franchise locations and got better treatment. It's the staff here that's lacking"customer service." Read more
