The workers here are unprofessional & could careless about you as a customer. I ordered the $2.99 shrimp & received it cold. I... asked if they could re warm it up but I was told no. I didn't ask for a refund or for fresh shrimp just to warm it up becauseit's been sitting there & they served me cold shrimp. Not only were the shrimps cold not all of it were shrimp but just crumbsor the tails breaded. I then asked for a fountain drink & was told no again. I asked why & they said because of the boil waternotice but from my understanding we're past that issue. They said tea or lemonade only .. doesn't make sense because you needwater to make both! They were mainly sitting around in the back talking & laughing & also eating off of the warmer racks wherethe food is. Ridiculous! They don't understand English very well either. Husband picked up lunch. He paid about $41. & I would say it was a waste of money. The chicken was not even seasoned, the skin... wasn't crispy it was more soft, the drumsticks were really small, & the sides we got didn't even fill up the containers. Therice in the red beans & rice was still a little hard. The biscuits were hard as well. Definitely will never eat here again. Read more

If I didn't check my order, before I left the drive thru I would've been mad. It was not my order. The dirty rice was not... fresh, and the chicken stripes were fried to hard. The sweet tea was ok. Will not be returning no time soon, at least not atthe Antoine & West Rd-249, location. Read more
Ordered a 3 piece tender combo that cost $9.95 after tax drove to where I was going and opened the box to see a wing a drumstick... and a thigh . Now they won't answer the phone. I didn't pay for bones and grease. Read more
This Popeyes is just as bad as the one on veterans and greens road. I had got old chicken today tasted like it was re warm this... chicken I never get spicy as I order. You pay too much to be disappointed they make u not want to eat at fast food anymore! Read more
I do not particularly like coming to this Popeye?s because there is always something wrong. Sometimes they only have spicy... chicken, or no tenders, or no straws, or no large cups. One time my food was actually cold, like it was sitting out for a coupleof minutes. And they always forget my extra order of fries, and my extra biscuit. I ordered through UberEats, and they forgot mybiscuit, twice. And I asked for the Buffalo Ranch Sandwich, because I saw it on their menu screen, but they told me theydiscontinued that. I did not appreciate being misled. It?s always one thing, or another at this location. They are very?sometimey.? I only recommend if you want to take a risk. Read more
Horrible experience. First they tell me they don't have any chicken(30min wait). So I ordered Mac and cheese and the blackened... chx sandwich. They say oh we don't have any Mac and cheese. So I ordered just a fresh sandwich with the sauces(mayo and spicysauce) on the side. Which they stated they could not do. So I just ordered the spicy. Some parts of that "fresh" sandwichweren't edible. Came back 30 minutes later and they still can't fulfill a 6 piece dark meat chicken order nor my receipts foreither order.
