Ordered 10 PC chicken at like 7pm on 10/5/22 and was sick AF by 2am ????????. Had to go to the hospital ???? I don't think the... chicken was cooked all the way or the grease wasn't clean or hands weren't washed when packing food. ??????????? I just know Ihave ordered here before several times and was totally fine. But that last experience (10/5/22) makes me never want to comeback because I literally ended up sick and in the hospital until 10/7/22 and it was from the food. I had did my normal liquidfast with just tea and water earlier in the day and didn't eat anything else but Popeyes later on that day. Sooo please pleaseplease I would suggest to make sure everything is properly sanitized, cooked well done and packaged with clean gloves. ???????? Read more
I routinely pick up some tenders and fries to bring to my parents. I like the honey mustard sauce. My folks eat a more plain,... less fried diet normally, so every visit starts with the joy of fried food. Read more
Can't say that my husband and I have ever had a problem with food quality, but the service is horrible. We have attempted to... order food from this Popeyes location on several occasions and they for whatever reason cannot get an order right to save theirlife. If you order a chicken sandwich, they give you fish, order fish and they give you chicken. Order shrimp and you getchicken strips, etc. The mistakes are ridiculous and constant. After ordering your food you always have to turn around and go into have your order straightened out. I don't see how there can be so many frequent mess ups on such basic stuff. It doesn't evenmatter what day or time you go to this establishment, they just never can get it right. The only thing they know how to do rightis take your money, any service beyond that you are out of luck.There is a serious need for an over haul on the staff runningthis place. Read more
I ordered tonight and they forgot my tea and shorted us chicken. I called and they hung up 3 times. Now they won?t answer the... phone. They need to hire better people. Not these idiots who don?t want to work. If I could I?d give it negative stars!! Don?twaste your time here. Read more
I ordered 5 pc tender meal. I've been calling non stop. No one has answered. The chicken is not cooked. I still have uncooked... batter in the crust. There was hair in the french fries. Mobil ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the two piece chicken. Order was ready and easy to pick up through drive through.... The chicken were all very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, but it gets too salty halfway through. The spicy levelhas a good amount of kick to it. And the chicken sandwich is a pretty good portion size. Update: the Cajun fries were so good.Hot, crispy layer on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned well. Nice small and clean place, with good customer attention. They had the A/C on when we visited (it was a cold, windy day outside)... and it was freezing because of that, so I told the manager if he could fix it, because there was also a newborn in there thatcould get sick. So he immediately did it and the place turned warm and cozy and we could enjoy our food hot. The restrooms werealso clean. Food flavor is OK. Recommendable if y?all a fried chicken fan. Read more
