I had started coming back a few months ago but they keep removing the specials making Popeyes too expensive. First they removed... the 5 piece for 6.99 then they removed the 11 piece for $15.99 and replaced it with a 10 piece for $17.99. I'll pass. Ifpeople want to combat inflation they need to stop rewarding businesses for raising prices so much. Popeyes is once again moreexpensive than I value it as a consumer. Read more
The food is always pretty fresh. But no matter how often you come they never seem to have all the condiments and I MEAN... NEVER.I?ve heard it all ? we don?t have ketchup, we don?t have Cajun sparkle and we don?t have Honey I mean I can see every bluemoon running into this problem but I can guarantee it?s MAJORITY OF THE TIME! I came to this Popeyes & ordered a 2 Can Dine 5 piece order with a coupon. My fries were cold. They gave me 3 tiny pieces of... chicken & they didn't even fill up the container of mash potatoes & gravy. Ridiculous!!!!! The workers did not give goodcustomer service at all. I also called twice today to try to speak with a manager & no one ever came to the phone. I don't knowif I'll be back at this location. Read more
I love this location! Best one of many on Westheimer! The night crew was assertive, respectful and polite. They asked all the... necessary questions to make sure our order was complete before finalizing. Great service to be at night, those are hard to comeby! Read more
This Popeyes location needs some serious development, from management to employees. I come here and always seem to have an... issue. I honestly do not recommend this location. It will not stop me from Popeyes as a whole but yes, this ONE location isjust not it. Read more
You pay for caslaw and you get just a litlle bit,you pay for been and rice you get half!!!!It's not ok at all!!!
I ordered a sandwich and some large fries through the drive thru at this location about 15 minutes ago and my experience was... horrible. I was given a rice and beans bowl instead of the larger fries I ordered and when I corrected them they gave me a bagthat barely had any fries and closed the window. If it wasn?t raining and I wasn?t exhausted I?ll go back and ask for a refund.My fries look half eater and the least you can do is put the fries in a bag before throwing the condiments in there. Horrible, I placed an online order and when I got home and was getting ready to eat I was missing a side of fries and on top of... that the one side I did get was thrown in the bag super sloppy. I called and the manager argued with me saying his worker didput the fries in and I told him again they must?ve misplaced them or gave my bag to another order. I love Popeyes but not enoughto lie about getting fries. Read more
