I ordered a family meal and was told to park because fresh chicken would be ready in a few minutes. The few minutes turned to 15... minutes. I went inside to ask how much longer, was told a few minutes and the few minutes turned into another 15 minutes. Allthe while I'm watching cars in the drive thru get food & people walk out with food. Each time I've gone to this location the service has been horrible! You pull up to the drive thru speaker and they never... acknowledge you! They never welcome you! My order is never right! When you pull up to the window they don't confirm your orderthey just ask for your money! And they are always out of something from the menu but don't tell you until you ask for it! These people are not that smart. The cashier was high as an airplane. The food way below par. Took forever and was wrong the... first time. Worst experience at a Popeyes. This place has the absolute worst customer service of any fast food restaurant I?ve ever been to. The lady who takes orders is... so rude and is always complaining and cussing so loud you can here hear on the loud speaker. She has gotten my order wrongnumerous times because she?s so busy being mad and hating her job. She never lets me finish ordering and just cuts me off. Todayshe gave me a completely different order and when I questioned her about it she told me I was wrong and threw the food at me. Ifyou want a nice experience take your business elsewhere. Read more
