Man, this place is TRASH! I can only imagine what really goes on inside. We pull up to order 50 minutes before the place is... scheduled to close. The 1st thing that is said is, "We are out of the following items: Tenders, Spicy Chicken, Legs (Mild orSpicy). The only sides we have are red bean and rice and 2 other sides that I forgot because I was amazed of how much food theydidn't have almost an hour before closing. Next, we stated that we had 3 survey coupons, because we had 3 different individualsin the vehicle placing their own order. The drive thru food service worker states that only 1 coupon can be used per car. I toldhim we came to this location about 3 weeks ago and was able to. No response. I asked if we could come inside and use them and hesaid, "No the dining area was closed" already even though it was not closing time. I was like OK, can I place 3 separateregular orders without the coupon and he said, "Sure". In my mind, I was already turned off by the service because it shouldn'thave mattered coupon or not. I see all they wanted was more money. Side note...We were going to add on items to the coupon orderalso. We place our order and pull to the window. We see the workers already mopping the floors and the dining room chairsturned over and lights dim. Still 30 min left from closing. We get our food and head home. We get home and find the most burntleg piece of chicken, when they said they had no legs and all the other chicken was dry like it had been under the heating lampfor hours. We were totally disappointed with everything that happened at this location. They have Police discount, but does nothonor the Veteran Discount. This location needs new management and owner because this wrong. This will be reported to thecorporate office also. Read more

???? I was out and about in the area, against my better judgment I decided on Popeyes for lunch today. It's been so long since... I've last had it, I had high hopes of enjoying. Yet, before I could even get prepped and good and into my food. My husband wastearing through his when he came across what looked to be a COOKED paperclip in his dirty rice. How? I'm not sure. I didn'teven want to know. I immediately called the location and request to speak with a manager for a refund. Initially, she onlyoffered to to provide another bowl of rice. When I advised her, I refuse and would prefer a refund she stress... FOR THE WHOLEORDER? ???? Anywho, I ended up taking it back to the location, (ALL $45 worth of food) and politely requested my fundingback. I hope they disposed on the batch of rice ??????????? Read more

I just left @ 1750. ordered three strips combo! It came out to be $9.30 gave her a 5$ a 1$ and 4$ in the coin dollar. She asked... the manager did they take them he said nope. Then everyone in Drive through took a step back to see who was paying. I had tobreak a whole 20 just to pay for my stuff! Then as I taste it. Ordered a 10pc family meal and wanted to add 12pc shrimp as offered on both drive thru menus. They said oh we don?t do that... anymore we just need to change it outside. I let that go. Got my food and checked it? first she handed me the complete wrongorder and just said have a nice day? finally got my order? the mashed potatoes had a drink lid on them and were open in the bagso all the gravy dumped out into the bag. They also only gave me 9pc of chicken for the family meal. Had to pull back around andgo inside to get this corrected and nobody at the location had a good attitude. Everyone has a certain chicken they just prefer, and mine is Popeye's. Something about that crisp, and their chicken's flavor... just has me hooked. Service is pretty straightforward as fast food goes, but honestly their biscuits and some red beans and riceis the absolute ticket! Read more

I have called 37 times since I fell sick after eating RAW CHICKEN AND SHRIMP FROM THIS STORE. No one bothers to answer the phone... so Im calling the city of Houston to pay them s visit.thier customer service at the drive through is horrible and the young guywith dreadlocks and the girl working on monday4/25/22 at 4:17 pm don?t need to be at a window interacting with customers. I WASSERVED RAW CHICKEN STRIPS AND STILL FROZEN SHRIMP ON THE SURF AND TURF MEAL. The way the girl talks to people is intimidatingand the guy talks to customers as if he?s talking to one of his homeboys. I literally threw up after realizing I was biting ontoa piece of raw chicken and shrimp. Someone must care about this store?s problems. Read more

I got an order today, drove home found a hair on my food. Being calling to ask for refund, nobody answer the phone. 07-24-21... 1:12 pm They finally answered the phone and what sounds ridiculous is I have to drive back to tha area cause they need to seethe hair in the food. Definetely no going to stop anymore at least at that location. Sharing a picture so may I dont have todrive back to there. Read more
