I wanted canes today because I haven?t had it in forever and it was so bomb. I?m so glad I decided to stop by. The drive through... service was very quick. The dine in area is also very clean. I get the 3 tenders combo with a water bottle. And that toast!Everyone know about the delicious toast. And that canes sauce is soo good. I want the recipe. I called in a food order for a business meeting, a day early and set a pick up time, I get there and they had forgotten about my... order, it took them 30 extra minutes to assemble the order. Then when I ask for utensils two girls behind the counter point to awall and turn their back to me while they continue talking to each other. Forgetful, rude and entitled. Just got a box combo and arrived home to eat. I ordered an extra toast and extra sauce with my order - I open the bag and see... they gave me a EMPTY sauce cup with my order... I dont mean like empty as in clean with no sauce, I mean empty like I'm prettysure it's someone's used cup of sauce dude and that's a disgusting thought. The only complain i have about this location is every time i go, my order is incomplete. I went today around 10:00 pm. There was... only about 3 cars. I ordered a box combo with 2 extra canes sauce. Cashier even repeated order back to me. Pulled up to pay andget my order and left. Once i get home the 2 sauces i PAID for were not there. It ALWAYS happens. Every time i pay for an extracanes sauce they never put it. They should be more careful, i would understand when it?s packed but really? 3 cars. Read more
This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I order a box combo that one of the chicken strips was less 1/2 the size of what is expected. I... will be thinking twice before I come back to Cane?s. My French fry was bigger. Read more
