We had our first date here a year ago and we started a tradition of coming to this location every year to celebrate. Today we... came in and sat at the same spot at the bar as last year the bartender Jessica was friendly and excellent at their job! Themanager came up to us and introduced himself as David and said to let him know if we needed anything very friendly man indeed.The regional manager Kevin was also there and he greeted us and we got to talking about Arkansas as we are planning a trip therenext month he found out about us celebrating our anniversary and gifted us our meals for free. That was so kind and they wereall so friendly we were so grateful for them and they made our night! Thank you to everyone there that treated us so nice andwelcoming we will definitely be going back. The burger patty definitely tastes flame broiled. So juicy and full of flavor. The steak fries are perfectly seasoned. The best... burger place I've been to besides Big Mike's bbq. Definitely falls in #2 spot in my list for best burgers. It's a must try forburger lovers. Trust me it's well worth it! Read more

Despite the fact people are complaining about the orders for pickup and ?waiting for more then 25 minutes? The service is really... great despite the negative reviews . The workers don?t get payed enough to handle hagglers so if you can?t handle real peoplewho are trying their best i suggest you don?t eat out. Again wonderful food and atmosphere. ???? Read more

Didnt get a "wow" feeling during our stay. Was a little disappointed in the small portion of my 1/6th of a chicken breast. The... salad was enjoyable. But, it could be the liquor talking. Service was good and server was great. However, placing us infront ofthe path to the kitchen while business was slow was very distasteful. I will say this though, thank you Red Robin for thebottomless fries and free birthday burger meal! In the near future I hope to revisit to give more positive feedback! My girls love Red Robin. One of my daughters doesn't eat any meat products and doesn't particularly care for most alternative... meat products, but she will eat a cheeseburger with impossible meat here every time. She also loves the bottomless root beerfloats. This place has good food for me too and my little carnivore (my other daughter) will request to go here a lot. Theexperience here is great and we always get great service. Plus, I like the pay at table/order refills at table technology. Neverhad a bad experience or bad food here. Read more
