Sooooo bad service, I got there 20 minutes after my order was placed and the lady at the window said they were bearly going to... start on the order, I was upset but I waited. Order was ready 15 minutes later. I was a bit irritated but got over it, I get towork my lunch hour is gone. I proceed to get my salad and it?s the wrong size, I always order the regular which is almost $17with the price increase. They gave me a small size which is about $12. I call and let them know and all they can do is refund me$3. What kind of establishment are they running here? I have to leave work again, drive down just for the manager remake myorder and not offer anything else. Am I going to get gas money for Salata?s mistake? This is not fair at all. This was the worse experience I've ever had a Salata on Westheimer. I usually go during the day and have a pleasant experience.... This time, I went at 5:30pm. Total opposite. The customer service was terrible. I didn't feel like my business wasappreciated at all. When the manager isn't there, they act like they don't care. Santana is the only one that provides goodservice. I'm a longtime customer, who has watch the prices steadily increase. These salads are not cheap. Nobody tells youabout the price increase. You find out, when it's time to pay for your salad. I went twice this week and the amount was $13.63with tax. Today is $14.71.. An extra $1 for nothing. This salad is not worth it, with the terrible service. I give them tomuch money to be treated this way. Just terrible. Thumbs down.???? Read more
Soooo I love this place! They give the definition of variety when it comes to salads. You can create your own salad. You pick... your toppings like: lettuce, onions, strawberries, mushrooms, your dressing and cheeses,etc. And it's pretty fulfilling, I gota large salad ???? which I was only able to eat half of it and had to take the rest ???? home. Salata is always a solid choice, so for these types of places I like to review on what keeps me coming back: Service. Service... is and has been fantastic! The staff is always attentive and even made a few recommendations I wouldn't have tried otherwise. Iam a hard-core Wrapper and can't get enough of their Southwest Wrap with smoked turkey. For a place that's supposed to specialize in salad. They had no thousand Island dressing. That should be a prerequisite if... you're going to have salad. I finally decided to have honey mustard dressing and it didn't have any flavor of Honey or anyflavor of mustard in it all. So I don't know why it was called honey mustard but so my experience and opinion from having goneto this restaurant chain one time now ever is that I'm never going to go back unless I take my own thousand dressing with mebecause I'm not going to eat a salad anywhere that does not have dressing because that is the one and only dressing that I willever want on the salad unless it's a taco salad which then I will want salsa.
