It seemed as thought the server was very new to her job without someone helping her get through it. Out of a lot of ingredients,... I typically get a soup with a wrap but the soup looked very old and dry. When cutting my wrap the server only cut through abouthalf the wrap so I will now have to cut it more when I get home. Your average salary with average prices and great fresh food. It all works so no complaints. The people are jolly going about... their business. Always get quick service and great food for the price. Please add raspberry vinaigrette to your options. Also. There is a huge deficiency in pricing as you move past the lettuce... options. Staff keeps asking if you want all these beautiful things in her salad bar and basically rushing you forward just likethe old style Furs cafeteria as if they?re free then you get to the end and suddenly you spent $16 on a salad. Dear Salata, I normally don't like to post negative comments about any restaurant, but, this is something that I have to bring... attention to. I work in the medical center and happen to have a taste for Salata today. I ordered the seafood mix regular sizesalad and it was 15+ dollars and I sat to eat my food and the kale lettuce in the salad (the salata mix) is dirty (no thats notpepper, sorry). I'd never expect for this to happen to me. I was so astonished with what I saw so I just threw 15 dollars offood away. From one cook to another, please inform the staff (that prep the food) to wash the food before serving the masses. Inever had this experience to happen to me but now I have to think about what I put in my system now, especially during thesetimes. Read more
