My family and I really enjoyed this Saltgrass. We were seated promptly and served drinks quickly. Our server did an outstanding... job, he was very professional and made sure we had refills quickly without having to ask. We arrived to the bar as there was a wait time and we requested 3 old fashions with woodford whiskey. As they were preparing... them my friend noticed something odd in the bottle and we asked to see it. In the bottle there were more than 10 small flies.Obviously we did not wanted the drink and they did not apologize and said we will get a new bottle. They took over 20 minutesthen they stated that they dont have another one. They offered another brand. We got the drink and it was awful. We told ourconcerns about the drink. With all this we thought that it would be courtesy as we did not drink them. THEY CHARGED US FOR THEM!We went to a table and I told the waiter that I had a rewards point card. He took down my phone number and said I will add thisto the account. HE DID NOT ADDED THE POINTS TO MY ACCOUNT! the food was as expected but the service deserve no stars. As aconstant salt grass customer please go to another location as this one has the worst service of any location I have been to.Usually the manager stops by but in this location no management was at sight. I visited this location on 2/22/21. Every Salt Grass I have ever eaten at is a 5 Star review, but this is receiving a 1 Star... review. After paying for an inedible meal, I told our server to throw the 3 entrées into the trash. The two apps were perfect,but I left hungry. After we finish our apps, we waited another hour for the entrees. The food was under cooked, and the otheritems were double well done. I expressed my concerns to the server. The next morning, I call the daytime manager to discuss allthe issues of the night before. They confirmed that shouldn’t happen here. To reconcile the situation, the manager said weregoing to send me a $100 gift card in the mail. I still to this date am waiting!! Read more

We were seated immediately upon arrival. Waitress was knowledgeable and was a great help with helping the wife order. And with... the alcohol. The soup and chips & cheese were good enough that the wife essentially stole all of it, which was fine. Theatmosphere was what you'd expect from a Texas Steakhouse and the food was reasonably priced. Get the Southside 45 if you wantsomething with alcohol. The girl that made it was excited that I liked it, as she was still in training. Read more
The atmosphere is exceptional. The service is wonderful. The food is as good as it gets. I had the Chicken Laredo and my sister... had the baby back ribs. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. The bread is heavenly. You won’t bedisappointed at Saltgrass. There’s something for everyone. Read more
