I?ll stick with the Westheimer location. Just ordered from here and used a coupon for a free small sandwich. Got two cookies... with it - and he charged us $6.04, saying they?re like 2 something each. Cookies show they are clearly $1.59 each on the app.Also, didn?t even get the receipt. Seems very unusual?and would have used the app, if I wasn?t having such a hard time using thecoupon on it. Will not be back! Read more

I love sandwiches and I especially love Schlotzsky's. Their sourdough bread is the right mix of fluff with a slight crunch on... the edges. The Original and the Turkey Bacon Club are my favorites. The layered meats plus toppings are the perfect combination.Staff is always friendly and sandwiches are always fresh. They have an app and points system to earns rewards with everypurchase. My only small issue is the chips. I loved the Cracked Pepper chips they used to serve. A couple weeks ago I was toldthey were out of that flavor. Last night they said they had them back in stock. The new bag was a different brand, much thickerand way more peppery than their original chips. Not sure if this is a across the board or just the location near my house, but Ihope they bring the original Cracked Pepper chips back because those were wonderful. Read more

Today I went to Schlotzky?s for lunch and had there bbq chicken pizza. It was very good. I loved it. They have very good... customer service. The place is very cleaned. Met the owner Mr. Bucio very nice very nice guy. He also gave me a very goodcustomer service. It is located at 14510 Memorial Dr. Thanks to the staff made me feel very special. So I?ve been waiting to try Schlotzskys for well over a year finally decided to give it a shot. And coming from a guy who has... worked in a deli, all I gotta say is they really know how to make a DELICIOUS sandwich!!! Bread is super fresh, turkey baconclub is stacked. Overall from cleanliness of the place and great customer service from the staff , I will be back for lunch inthe near future ????????
