The past three visits at least one of our sandwiches has had completely flat and burnt bread, I was so annoyed after the third... time of this happening in a row that I nearly brought my sandwich back but was too lazy. Frustrating since the bread is reallythe only thing that sets them apart. The sandwiches without the burnt bread are absolutely fantastic and no complaints,especially love the smoked turkey. Three-star ratings since this has happened multiple times and seems to be a consistent issuenot an exception. Also frustrating that they charge an extra $2 to add meat to a children's sandwich, meat on a sandwich at asandwich establishment should be a given. Read more
We've tried getting food here three times (ordering online) and each time there has been a major error in food preparation. The... first and third times we were just given the wrong sandwich, period. The second time the french dip sandwich had no cheese, justa scant amount of beef on dry bread and they left the requested mushrooms off even though we were charged to add them. Verydisappointed and will not be returning to this location even though I love Schlotzky's usually. Read more
I ordered a French dip and substituted the roast beef for turkey. I got a sandwich with turkey and cheese. No onions. And they... NEVER answer their phone!!!! I told the rude Hispanic woman that I called prior to getting there and she acted like she didn?tunderstand English. If you want quality food stay away from this location!!! I will NEVER GO AGAIN!!! Cinnabon rolls were stale and burnt and had a clumpy blob of frosting on top. This batch should have gone in the trash, not to... unsuspecting customers. Definitely would have returned if I would have noticed before I drove away. Did not enjoy at all andjust wasted $15 on a six pack. ???? Read more
They have a pick 2 option now, I love this!! Schlotzsky's has always been a favorite place for the fiancé to go. I love how the... sandwiches are round. My personal favorite is the fiesta chicken and my fiancés favorite is the avocado turkey. We can never gowrong with our favorites. They have a Cinnabon so we like to share a sweet treat afterwards ???? Read more
Great tasting sandwich, but I didn't eat it there because when I arrived 30 minutes before closing, they'd been cleaning floors... with what smelled like toxic bleach. I asked for a special kind of bread on my sandwich, but they gave me the usual sourdough . This had happened once before, so I checked my sandwich before leaving and sure enough it happened again. This time I wasable to say something. They made me another sandwich & politely and kindly apologized. I love their sandwiches, so I put upwith imperfect visits such as this. Read more
