This experience was particularly bad. My milk tea was made and left at the counter for five minutes. None of the two waiters... inside helped me to take it out. Also, my milk tea was poured into the cup with the wrong topping, and after they found themistake, they poured the wrong milk tea into another cup again. No new milk tea was made. Read more
I\'ve been to this Sharetea spot countless times and finally got around to making a review!\n\nI love this place. I come here... after grabbing pastries and bakery goods from Kamalan Bakery located just a few doors down from this boba spot. The bread andtheir Fresh Taro Milk with mini pearls and milk foam pair so well together.\n\nAnyone with a craving for bubble tea shoulddefinitely come here. They have seasonal specials as well and their main menu has plenty to choose from. They are one of theonly ones who offer mini boba which I\'m obsessed with.\n\nPlenty of parking in the plaza and the employees are always friendly!Great spot to study as well since they have seating and outlets :)\n\nHighly recommend! I was at one of your locations, 9889 Bellaire Blvd Ste E213, Houston, TX 77036. My daughter order a drink called Hokkaido Pearl... milk tea. This drink was not to her liking nor was she inform what was in the drink when ask. I went to request for areplacement and was told that I would have to pay for another drink. As a customer, if not satisfied with a drink nor was toldof the products in the drink, I have the right as my money did pay for what something that was not to my liking. What Idon\'t like is when asking for the next chain of command, to be be told that there is no one to speak to and that person is notable to be reach. I feel that customer service was not handle with care and to be in this community and continue to get thesupport, customer service is the number one key. Read more

Milk tea tastes consistent worldwide. If you like their milk tea, you can be sure to find the same taste everywhere you go.... Price range here is excluding tax. But there is no earl gray milk tea flavor. Overall good experience and will be back again. Read more
