I’m a huge weeb. I want to love this place. I do. They have somethings to work on. The tea water wasn’t warm enough so it... didn’t properly steep. The kore-agé was also a bit cold. The dish I ordered was different from the QR menu- apparently thereis an updated store specific one which we weren’t provided with until I noticed my dish was very different. The flavors weregood but not great. Especially at their very expensive price point. $22 was pretty average price for ramen on their menu. Anyoneelse familiar with Houston ramen scene can name five places that are cheaper and better. Short staffed. The same guy sat us,waited on us, bused the table and made our cocktails. The cocktail was the best thing about the place. It was refreshing anddelicious. They were out of A LOT of ingredients and some things were still marinating. Odd considering we went for lunch at12:30. It was pretty empty, two tables that shared the space and only one more came in during our experience. This isn’ttheir first location. They need to refine their experience and their quality of food if they want to last in the neighborhood. Read more

I visited this place during an event Thursday. Pretty amazed with the anime theme. At first I thought this place is not for me... because it was slow and the food took quite some time to arrive, but the ramens were actually tasted delicious. I had theirspecial ramens and it was truly special with a decent portion size. Read more

This place is amazing. Food is good and prices are what you expect from a good ramen restaurant. Seasoned perfectly. But enough... about the food. You found out about this place because of the anime, right? Well they don't disappoint. Dishes (and deliciousdrinks!) named after popular anime characters or series. Highly recommend the Rengoku-rita. They have anime themes playinginside and whole movies broadcast on the TV's (no sports or random news). Highly recommend the shrimp pops for that full weebexperience. Definitely worth your time. Read more

I was very disappointed!! I heard they are really good. Maybe I came on a bad night. The food tasted terrible. You have to use... your phone to look at the menu so make sure it’s fully charged. The best thing on the menu are the appetizers. Everything wasmid. The good thing about this place is that it’s open 24 hours. I may give it one more try. My first experience wasn’t agood one. My daughter had been begging to come here since it opened. We finally went this weekend. I gave it four stars because the food... and ambiance were great. The staff were all great, EXCEPT our server. The guy who sat us and the 2 food runners were nice andhelpful but our server was rude and just couldn't be bothered with us. She even threw a ramiken on the table. Idk if she meantto or not but like seriously?!?! I asked her which drink was best in her opinion and she told me, "I wouldn't know." We neverreceived refills unless we stopped her and asked for them. My daughter was so excited to visit and this server just ruined itfor the both of us. We packed our food and took it to-go. Because, I used to be a server and bartender, I still tipped her over20% but she didn't deserve that and it could have been a lot more ???????????. We will be back, just not in her section. Without a doubt not the best Ramen restaurant I’ve been to. My waiter was alright “Kevin”. I think the prices for drinks... are a little high. 44$ for 3 shots and two margaritas? The margaritas were good, but not that great. The shots themselves coulduse some improvement. One of them tasted as if tap water was turned into sake. The noodle bowls themselves were huge and thebroth was definitely not enough. Ordered two bowels of ramen that took 20 minutes to make. Instead of normal ramen spoons ladleswere provided when asked for. The alcohol drink menus could definitely use a makeover. I asked for extra noodles because Ithought it would be a nice amount, but with little broth already to begin with the noodle servings felt like it wasoverwhelming. I would imagine four large portions of noodles were in the bowl. The pork slices were very thick and the broth wasnot enough to make them warm. Overall the drinks were the better part. I got the shirt pops and those were actually deliciouswith the sauces. The green being the spiciest after you eat it. Not somewhere I’ll be eating again. If you’re new to ramenyou may enjoy it, but if you’ve been to other places you’ll definitely notice what this restaurant lacks in comparison toothers. I forgot to mention they were out of a couple things off the menu when I was ordering. Like the Fiji water the specialnoodles, Dr Pepper. Noodles felt like packaged noodles and BIL- “rice tasted old” Read more

I loved the shrimp pops , I would recommend it to others . The service was AMAZING , our waitress went over everything with us... making this experience that much better. I trusted her to pick my Ramen and it was delicious as well. Definitely worth the 2hour drive, will make this a stop the next time we are traveling this way. Read more

Food was good. Atmosphere is nice. Expected a little more anime stuff but they had various anime shows going on. Nice Japanese... rock music…sounded like from anime intros. Watch out for the shinigami hot sauce…..it’s freaking HOT! Will definitely comeback. Read more
