Manager has no sense of professional decorum, was here in Houston tending to a business matter, my friend had stopped in to buy... a smoothie while my other friend and I were outside just walking across from Taco Bell, we briefly entered to see at what stageof the ordering process my friend was at and then we exited and sat down at a patio table to enjoy our Taco Bell, a few momentslater an employee had ran out accusing us of taking a bag of chips and said his manager saw us put them in our Taco Bell bags, Ihave never stolen anything in my life let alone a bag of chips, the manager was rude mean and unprofessional but I guess that?sgreenspoint trash for you Read more

I?m not at this location very often but this particular visit is one of the reasons why. I ordered a smoothie and requested... coconut water instead of milk or almond milk. They charged me an additional dollar, because I consented and which that haven?tat other locations. Even when I?m traveling. I purchase both coconut water and almond milk regularly for my home. The location is very nice! However the workers are a little rude I do understand having to deal with people can be frustrating!... But that?s the job they picked! Customer service skills could use a touch up! And the wait was ridiculously long for no reasontheir was not a lot of people at the time I went only about 3!
