I went twice last week, my 1st experience was good. The 2nd visit the smoothies weren't good at all (?????). The employee was... distracted by being on a personal call or whatever. At first the smoothies (2 medium) taste fine but after getting into them.They had no consistently and felt very light, looked bubbly and they weren't right. I have Gladiator status and buy smoothiesalmost daily, from Dallas & Houston locations. This was the worst smoothie I ever had!! I called the location and left avoicemail and of no answer. A week later and The manager or owner has NOT called me back. I had planned on frequenting thislocation at least twice a week. Since they are along the way, but I'll continue to go to other locations. I had looked forwardto doing business with them, but I see they don't care. Read more
After my wife and I had already paid for our 2 smoothies, we were made aware of a coupon ?buy 1 get one free?. The transaction... could not be undone though so the coupon was useless, and it had an expiration date in that same week. They should train theiremployees better to show customers what?s available to them. Read more
I arrived at 10:32am and I'm still waiting in line. It's now 10:45am and there is no concern on the employee end. I have work,... in 10mins. That's not including the time it takes her to gain the initiative to start. Read more
I came to the store to get a smoothie and found that the employees had left the store open and unlocked and there were none to... be found, it's kind of strange to just abandon your store but I guess when they have other things that they want to do asemployees then the well-being of the business come second Read more
Idk what's going on on this side seems non of these places open on time or like they have workers that don't want to work I have... a set schedule to go by as well I don't have all day going back an forth to places in area because they not opening when theresuppose to or noone there.. this is really sad where are the real workers at Read more
Sharing feedback exclusively based on the morning hours around 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. It is hit or miss pulling up to this location... and seeing it open even within business hours. There are signs put up sometimes saying that they are away. Also, the personwho's here in the mornings sometimes goes in the back without acknowledging customers and doesn't come out for a while. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. We were the only customers in the store, I greeted the lady standing... behind the counter and was ignored, in fact she turned around and completely ignored us for over 15minutes. We eventually walkedout and I don't think she even noticed that. Absolutely appalling! Read more
