I stopped here for a DELICIOUS mango smoothie. The shop is immaculate, they sell several types of healthy snacks, trail mixes,... protein bars, protein powders, etc. The owner is very nice and friendly. Horrible location. You can tell they don?t pay well by the type of folks they hire. They can?t read, understand basic English... nor do they have basic sense on how and when to make people?s orders. Important things you need to know: There is NO drive thru at this location. Cars always park out front on the curb bc there is a... Salata in this parking lot and not enough parking. You can't get a refund if they put in the wrong size on your order,apparently they can only issue a refund on a Smoothie King giftcard. I haven't visited a Smoothie King in a year, but my kidwanted one. I ordered 2 different 20 oz smoothies. When she handed me my receipt (I'm pretty sure it was the manager), I che ledto see why my order was so expensive. I saw that the size on the receipt was the wrong size for both smoothies. I immediatelytold her I had ordered 2 20 oz smoothies and she rang me up 2 32 oz smoothies. Why would I want a child to have 32 oz? Did sheoffer to correct the mistake? NO. She said it was too late to do anything and could only give me the difference on a SmoothieKing gift card, did I want it or not. I said no. She was so rude and I'm pretty sure that is BS. First time ever visiting a smoothie King establishment and we were not disappointed! They have a huge variety to select from,... including kid friendly options and sizes! I have been starting to go there very often. One of the workers even remembers my name which meant a lot. But I'm not sure if... this lady is the manager or what. But when she poured my drink there was like an inch left of space from the top. Anybody whohas been to a smoothie king knows they always feel it to the top. It has always been like this ever since I started drinkingsmoothie king back when I was 13 years old. I'm 23 know so its been a while. When asked if she could fill the rest of the spaceup she told me that she couldn't that if all the ingredients where put in correctly there should be space left over. I respondedby saying they have always filled it up. She just looked at me and said do you want me to put more ice in it. I told her no. Iam going to another Smoothie King. I really like the other workers but she was just not helping. Specially since I have neverbeen to a smoothie king that doesn't fill the cup all the way up. Read more
Staff is pretty nice and they pump out smoothies at a pretty good rate as well. They didn't accept my coupon last time I came in... but it's all good, I still bought my smoothie anyway! Those Gladiator protein smoothies are seriously good. Read more
MD Anderson patient. These shakes are amazingly good & are great if you have swallowing issues. Ordered Daily Warrior today .... Still a little sweet for mouth sores. Suggest ordering without Stevia. Michelle's the manager is great and knows what drinks to suggestf for cancer patients. Highly recommend!! Read more
