Got food poisoning. I?ve had it for 2 days straight already and even had to go to the hospital. Sadly I?m 24 weeks pregnant too.... I have been miserable. I?m now traumatized with any food or drinks especially from here. Read more

Went there at 10 At night and they were so rude from the person who took my order was half way listening sounds like he didn't... care to be there. The girl was very rude didn't tell us what was just just handed us our stuff and walked straight off without aword. The drinks were not good there was no syrup left but i wasnt about to deal with people who obviously didn't wanna bethere.This is highly unacceptable for staff members. If you don't wanna talk to people and be kind then don't work in customerservice ?? Read more

One of the worst experiences from all 18 countries I've lived. Poor customer care. No straws offered for shakes Gave us whipped... cream despite us telling them not to. When replaced we could see the cream on the cup from outside taken out negligently. Theworst employee is "ANNA" PLEASE IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WORKING THEN QUIT. Read more

It sucked! My last few visits at the Scarsdale Sonic has had issues. I spend $25.00 a week at this location and I always tip.... The last visit after waiting for 25 minutes and seeing them take orders to 3 other cars in drive-thru behind me, the girlfinally asked me what I ordered, I told her a tea and ice, she said there was no ticket for me but she would get my order andshe apologized. The guy inside that took my order had 2 friends and they were inside with him visiting. The time before he wasoutside sitting at one of the outside tables talking on his cell phone. This was 12 minutes of waiting, once he got off hisphone and went inside I was finally brought my order. The last few days I have been going to the Sonic off of Hwy 3. I havewatched many people drive off and it's because of waiting so long. Read more

We went to 3 different stalls, 2 had broken screens and one had a broken speaker. Then I went to one of the walk-up ordering... screens, and pushed the button, watched it flash for about 5 mins, and nothing. THEN we drove through the drive through, waitedseveral minutes and still NOTHING! We could see employees inside, but no one was taking any orders, and it wasn?t even thatbusy, maybe 5 other cars at the whole restaurant. I give this place 2 STARS 1. My mom tried to order at a station didnt work when she pressed the button! Then she went through... the drive thru and NO ONE WAS ANSWERING IT. For the 3RD TIME she finally got it to work! Horrible Service There! Execpt for theman who gave us our drinks! Read more

Me and my girlfriend waited over 40 minutes for our food that never showed up. We contacted the inside through the speaker and... asked about our food after waiting 30 minutes, thinking surely they had it coming out. When the manager got onto the speaker, herudely cut my girlfriend off from speaking and said that he had our order on the screen, but to be fair he was talking to fastthat we barely understood what he was saying. He did tell us that they were backed up and the food was coming. Okay we'll givethem that, maybe they are backed up. Nope. We watched as 2, almost 3 waves of brand new cars came and went after we had alreadyordered. The orders going out were very comparable in size to our own. At least 8 cars had gone through the drive through aswell. We were still waiting, watching cars come and go. Until finally we got fed up, so we just left seeing as how we hadn'tpaid for anything yet. While driving to Taco Bell to actually get served we realized that the carhop had most likely given ourorder to the wrong car. We came to this conclusion because we noticed she brought an order that had the exact items on it fromour order to the car next to us. I'm usually not one for reviews, or even being upset about service but that was just absolutelyatrocious. To make matters even worse, as we pulled out we noticed that the place was most definitely not backed up, or evenslightly busy. And upon thinking about it, we realized that the place was never even that busy seeing as how most of the carsthat had come and go were using the same 3 stalls. We obviously just got shafted. At the expense of sounding like a Karen,please do better because we were in plain view of everyone in that kitchen besides the cooks. There's no way that none of theemployees noticed we had been sitting there for over 40 minutes after we had ordered. We weren't there to hang out, we werehungry. Rant over. Do better. Read more

They did not put my cookie dough in my shake. The extra onions were not on my burger also had chili added to it witch was almost... non existent. Usually this sonic is decent but night shift is slacking. Read more
