This was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at any food establishment. I ordered my food via mobile app. When... I arrived I logged in to receive my order, I put the stall number & my name shows up. 10 minutes pass by and no food. I pressthe button to ask about my order and she tells me it?s on the way. 10 more minutes pass by and still no food. I press the buttonagain and she says it?s on the way. ANOTHER 10 minutes goes by with no food. This time I ask for a refund. Now she?s asking thename for my order. I tell her and she says to give her a moment to check on it. Once again another 10 minutes goes by with noresponse. So once again I press the button and she again asks what my order was and my name. Now I?m more frustrated thanbefore. I give her the ticket number and she tells me I put the wrong stall number. How can that be when my name popped up atthe stall I was at when I first logged in? She tells me it?ll be right out. I explained AGAIN that I only wanted a refund forthe food and a receipt for it. She says she?ll have the receipt right out. Needless to say another 10 minutes waisted. I bought a size LARGE shake and this what I get really??? I purchase also a meal and fries are like a medium size I asked the... employee why was so low on she shake and he responded well that's what we have told to do them. I definitely will never goagain. Why I didn't ask to filled up? because I don't want a spit on it my shake. Read more

Not like anyone will care but here goes a review so maybe i can save you some gas. DONT COME HERE. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. from the... cooking being poorly to the service being horrible. Not my first negative encounter but tonight was it. I pulled up 11:35 waited15min saw another car waiting on their order. the girl taking care of the order never acknowledge us yet we stayed patientbecause it?s understandable they were about to close. I only wanted to order a slushy never did she even come to the counter andsaid sorry we are closed. When she handed the car in front of us their food she saw our white Ford Explorer. So after beingpatient and waiting 20min we drove off upset because the disrespect is beyond i don?t care what your pay grade is. Read more

Very disappointed my husband and I placed an order ahead on the app for 9:50pm. We ordered 2 small slushes we didn't receive our... order until 10:13pm and they didn't care to add the extra flavor we paid for. Tasted more like a juice than a slush and someonepulled in ordered a meal they were gone within 5 minutes. Would give zero stars but that's not a option. Brooklyn on the otherhand is great ???????? If I could give a 0 stars I would. This place the workers and the service is TERRIBLE. Management isn't any better. I went to... this location before had issues with large orders. So I stopped going for years, the time I decided to eat here again with alarge order yet again another bad experience. Ordered a double meat grilled burger meal, chicken sandwich with cheese addedbacon meal, a kids meal cheeseburger plain, 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, 2 orders of tator tots and a pretzel. First off thecar hop didn't greet me when she dropped off my food, didn't call the order back like they usually do. Second they didn't giveme my kids meal cheeseburger. When I told thw guy that took the order he wanted to argue me down that it was in the bag after Ishowed them it wasn't. Then he went back to make the cheeseburger. A different car hop brought the bag, the burger had nocheese. When I went to tell them the burger didn't have cheese they took it back NOT ONE PERSON in the kitchen had on gloves, sothey are just back there with NO gloves on managing food. So I go home to find on the chicken sandwich the lettuce is BROWN andold. My double meat grilled cheese only had 1 piece of meat. So I called them to request a manager because at this point I'd hadenough no manager on duty call was told to call tomorrow. I called Sunday no manager, went up to sonic no one could help. Icalled today no response, sent messages to the district manager of the food we received no response from them either. Calledthe main office no one answered. I ordered 2 meals, 1 was correct and the other was not. They were not accommodating in making the correction. I was told by the... carhop that they would come back with the correct order and a receipt. I waited for more than 40 minutes and no one came back. Icouldn't get anyone through the stall. When I called the store while I was there i told the manager I was still in the stallwaiting. She hung on me in the middle of the call. I told her which stall I was in. It's only a few steps outside the door.Overall, I had to pay for a meal I did not receive. I have pushed this issue to the corporate office about 4 times and stillhave not been partially refunded because it is up to the store since I was not given the required receipt. Save your time andmoney. I waited almost an hour trying to be patient with the workers as I saw cars in other stalls and the drive-thru lineleaving because service was taking too long. Read more

I got there at 11:33. I waited in drove through line for 20 minutes and Gas is high. When I got to order speaker - A lady says... all we have are drinks. Not courteous at all. Sounded Foreign. Bottom line is they should have let us know - us in line. Thatsucked. Now everything else is closed. They always have odd service but that was not kosher. Trash customer service. Waited 45 minutes for 4 drinks. Another 10 in line. Multiple customers were complaining some even drove... off. Really slow workers. Then forgot a drink and employee acted like she couldn?t add it. Whole place needs to be under newmanagement. This ain?t the first time either. Read more
