Awful experience! Thought we'd stop in for $.50 corndogs after trick or treating. Waited OVER 35 minutes for an incomplete... order!!! Employee laughed at me when I said this is no longer fast(food). Speakers were not working, so many unhappy people inthe lot waiting waiting waiting... At least put up a sign to inform us speakers aren't working! Our app order showed as"complete" in the app long BEFORE we received anything. I want my money back. Someone from corporate NEEDS to do something aboutthis store. Read more

The young lady was nice but my order was wrong and I didn't get my change back, order up drive thru was broken, they didn't... answer the stalls, pretty much a mess. I ordered a number 7 with a strawberry shake, kids meal with meat cheese and bacon, andof course there were no mozzarella sticks and I ordered the 4.99 chilli cheese dog combo. I got two combos, a shake, then thekids meal, no number 7 no mozzarella sticks and no change. 23.15, I gave her 25.15. Read more

This place needs to be shut down. I waited 30 minutes in a stall without even being acknowledged. At first it was no biggie... because I found out the speakers weren?t working and I saw a worker going from car to car taking orders. He looked at me atleast 3 times without ever coming to take my order. Maybe this place is short staffed and it?s not the employees? fault,especially because this isn?t my first time waiting forever but this was definitely the longest just for me to get fed up andleave. Very slow, not great customer service. the drive through line piled up, the speaker to order was broken, and the wait was... extremely long. It took almost 10 minutes to attend 1 order. It looks like the place is understaffed, i don?t blame theemployees because they?re working hard, i blame the management. The food is good but the way this place runs is unorganized,slow, and inefficient. Read more

Came for dinner 7/20/2022, speakers were out throughout the whole place. We parked, and as soon as we did Robert walked up to us... to ask for our order. He took our order(family of 6) and brought our food out fast. Amazing customer service, we appereciate youguys! Read more

Went on 7/10/22 And the speaker to order wasn't working. Finally had an employee come out to take my order. At least that's what... I thought he was doing with his phone. Turns out he must have been texting with someone because once our order came out itwasn't even close. What a shame! Spent 30 minutes from the time I got there until we left. People behind us got their ordersfirst before we did. There aren't many Sonics in our area and must drive 15 minutes to get to this one. I will definitely thinkof going to the other sonic which is also about 15 minutes away. Management needs to step up or step out at this location. Read more

The worst Sonic I've ever ordered from... Cold burnt breakfast! Stale tater tots as if they were from last month. Service... horrible cause food should not have been served in this condition to anyone! Manager claim make it right upon return... Evenworse for the remake... Burnt cold old, stale.
