Just left! Received superb service from King, my server. He was most pleasant and delivered my food with a smile. I made a... specific request for my drink (light ice) , and although he didn?t make the drink himself, he made sure my request was met.Thanks King? We arrived and parked, and we clicked the red button ready to order. Little did we know, we would be waiting and waiting while... the workers there are just passing by with other orders. We paid attention to the cars that were in the drive thru, and wenoticed they were getting their orders first, so not sure if they attend drive thru orders first. But overall, we were notattended until we finally decided to go to the drive thru. They attended, but when we got our order, our drinks literally tastedlike tap water instead of the flavored slushees we ordered. Never again are we coming back. Read more

I stop by this sonic daily it takes a long time to get my order at one point took 30 minutes and had multiple employees walk... with someone else?s order asking if it was mine, either the equipment or employees needs fixed because they can never hear youunderstand you. This being the sonic in my neighborhood and preferring there drinks, these issues make the daily experiencepoor and the site needs some major help to get fixed. Read more

????????WARNING-AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! ????????You will get consistently bad hamburger meat **AND POTENTIALLY FOOD POISONING**... We have ordered several times, hoping it was just a bad batch. The burger patties taste like they are not properly stored andalso taste freezer burned. Terrible tasting!! Our daughter ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks and just suffered a week longof food poisoning symptoms. We had to throw away our burgers the last 3 times that we ordered from here and finally, tried toclaim a refund. Area manager, Jay, was not helpful in getting a refund. Cust Svc. online was ignorant and kept asking for thesame info several times thru email correspondence, then offers a ?free reward?, when we clearly asked for a refund ?. Food islow quality, management is low standard and customer service is under qualified. The area manager, Jay, should have made thepersonal efforts to get us the refund, instead of advising us to go back to the restaurant to get a refund, ourselves. When Inotified Jay (Area manager) that we did return, but the staff still would not refund, Jay advised that we need to return againand ask for a specific person. The general store manager phone number on the receipt is also wrong and after I advised Jay ofthis, a week later, it?s still not fixed. Avoid this place! They serve cold food don?t go here. And when you ask them to fix the issue all of them are confused and upset that they have to... ?work.? They shouldn?t have 3 stars they should have 0 stars. General Manager, Area Manager, store ?manager? & even employeesare all pathetic. Except for 1 that was somewhat helpful. Called the GM # and sounded confused saying that I had the wrongnumber but it?s on the receipt. The area manager did the whole ?aww boo who? speech. The store manager is the biggest joke ofthem all. The employee, asked him for help and he was like ?I?m kind of really busy right now? and walked away and I said I needto speak to the manager and now he wasn?t too busy. I said all of this to say there needs to be a whole intervention here. Sadall fast food places are like this and how they all fit the stigma. Not one person knows anything about customer service and Iwasn?t rude at all I can?t imagine when they get rude people. Read more

Restroom dirty. Looks like they haven't cleaned in a while. Webs all over rail by toilet. So if they are not cleaning restroom,... then probably not cleaning kitchen that good either. Remember this next time you eat here. Read more

Small portions. Orders were mixed up. The small chili cheese fries had like 12 fries and looked old. Same with the tots with... chili. The onion rings tasted too sweet The owner needs to do some quality control . I have worked at 3 Sonic?s in my life and iknow you can do better . Read more
