SLOOOOOWW!! 20 minutes to get 1 Chili Cheese Coney, tater tots, and a coke. Ordered ahead on the app AND included a $2 tip (wish... I was able to cancel the tip and the order). This was my 2nd visit to this Sonic in almost 3 months because my 1st visit alsotook over 20 minutes to get my order. The food is definitely not worth the waste of time. Read more

They literally never give me what I ask for on extras, no ketchup etc. they?ve gotten my order wrong continuously, and one of... the carhops didn?t give me my five dollars back in change. Poor customer service. First the person taking our order had difficulty with our order, having to be told everything three... times. Then when we pulled up to the window we saw she was too busy on a personal call to be bothered with taking our orderproperly. Then, without saying a word to acknowledge our existence, she took payment and gave us our food all while having aloud vulgar conversation on speaker phone. I guess she thought we couldn't understand Spanish. I would have said something tothe manager, but she was too busy also on her cell phone. Ridiculous. Edit: just got home to try my food. The bacon is burntand the tatertots were so overcooked that they had the consistency of gravel. I've never had such a bad experience at any sonic,ever. Read more

It?s like coming to the ghetto. First the screens are broke how you gonna take the order at the drive yo screens but you can?t... see what steps screen to press next then I pull up to the window cause I didn?t trust the screen then I informed them that Ijust placed and order and the lady gonna cut the man off too tell me to pull up to the window but I didn?t even finish what Ihad to say nor did she come back to the voice box to tell me anything. Soooooo people are trash if you don?t like yo customerjob then GET a new one. However, after all that they didn?t even make my food smh , spoke with the on site manager and she wasnice enough to make me food . Read more

I had the pleasure of Valerie to take my order. The good news is she doesn't care what you ordered she is going to give you... something else. I ordered the double bacon cheese burger and said plain about 5 time but it seems she was more interested inhating her job. I instead got a single cheese burger with everything on it. I really appreciate that since I come by here beforeI start a 12 hour shift that once I clock in I can't leave the property. Thanks Val for charging me for the Double Bacon atleast nice to know I got over charged for a meal worth half of what I got. If you want to order food and then once you get towork have to put in a Uber Eats order this is the place to stop at. Read more

How would I review Sonic? Hmmm... They have some absolute trash tier food. But it's very tasty trash tier food. And they do a... phenomenal job with drinks and ice cream. And it's all pretty cheap. So as long as you set your expectations accordingly, Sonicis great. It's like a MUCH better version of Jack In The Box, I guess. ??????????? Read more

Hands down has been the worst sonic my boyfriend and I have gone to. We live only 5 minutes away and always choose to go to this... location because it?s convenient and finally made the decision to NOT RETURN after today. 8/10 times the order is incorrect andmost of the time, we have to return to get it fixed. The wait time takes about 20 minutes or more and the customer service isdecent. Our cashier ?Patricia? isn?t so welcoming and very rarely have we ever had her be friendly towards us. This locationdefinitely needs to work on improving their staff and customer service. Other than that, the food is delicious. Sonic, please dobetter. Read more

Horrible every time. They ask to repeat order 3 times. This has happened on numerous occasions along with getting order... wrong. Update: qhen I got home the buns are old an hard, cheese not even melted on burger and meat was cold. Unacceptable!! Read more
