Terrible!! I just left there and bought food for my entire family. This doesn't taste like beef at all!! And my order was... missing several items. Do yourself a favor DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! The car hop was very sweet and friendly she let us know that the Ice cream machine is broken at 9:45pm. We wanted to buy ice... cream. And told we couldn?t place our order at the stall. We had to go to drive thru because car hops are closed too. (Sigh)What?s going on here??? Read more
I have had issues here before with them messing up our drink order, but figured let?s give them another try. We ordered 2 diet... cokes with light ice. We got an unsweet tea and what we think was a cherry coke. The car hop was super friendly, but the firsttime we waited over ten minutes for our drinks and we ordered ahead on the app and when they fixed them it was another ten. One thing about me, I am very understanding and considerate when ot come to those who work in the food/fast food industry. I?ve... been there and I understand people may be going through a lot in their lives so you might not get them at their best. Which isokay. But one thing I cannot stand is a lazy worker. I came to this sonic pulled up at a random stall. Spoke with the employeeand he asks me to move. For what, who knows. But sir its your job to walk to any stall a customer pulls up to, who cares if itssomething you do not want to do. Secondly, i politely say okay and move. I get to the next stall, try to order my drink and theperson receiving the order was very gloomy. Dragging his words, had a spicy flare to him that wasn?t necessary and couldn?t evenanswer a simple question. I probably wont EVER IN LIFE GO BACK TO THAT SONIC AGAIN. If you want food in a timely manner NEVER come to this Sonic! Five people working and I still had to wait twenty minutes for a... mobile order. I had two cheeseburgers and two shakes! Im baffled on why i have 10 tine pieces of lettuce? I just dont understand. I dont come often because this sonic short change... you on basic ingredients. And have the nerve to charge for 1 package of ranch. Its not like they gave me 2 and i wanted an extraone. That was the only one. That apart of having excellent service. They didn't get one of my burgers correct, but everything else was good.
