I don't usually go to this location but visited last weekend. They unfortunately were very low on stock & supplies for some... items I ordered, however the Manager/Supervisor came outside and politely explained it to me and offered a substitute & threw insome fries for my young son. Zero stars, the service lady's extension hairs was so long red white and yellow and yes they was in my food. Come on now, she... was dressed not for work no nets or hand glubs on, plus the manager try to buy me out by giving me a abounch of coupon book likeit's the snap line. What am I going to find a toe nail and more hairs on my food next time. There will be no next time. Theytotally ruined the sonic classical reputation. It was horrible, I don't recommend! Read more
They are always out of something last few times ive been there. This last time they had NO CHICKEN the shakes were horrible.... Definitely not going back. I would rather take a drive to the Sonic that's 7 miles further. Read more
It is 10:15pm on a Sunday night, we pull up to try to order they tell us we?re only taking orders through drive thru, we go to... the drive thru lane and wait over 20 mins for them to turn off all the lights and tell us they?re closed. Horrible.... We bought 3 breakfast toaster and the bread on all 3 was "Burnt!!!". Yes.. I said BURNT!!! The cheese was not... melted either... It just look like they had been sitting up some where... This location is horrible. For an establishment so close to my job I will never give this place my business again, you pull up... in drive thru and nobody takes your order. I've wasted half of my lunch hour twice trying to place a simple order all whilethere will be no other customers around nor or they busy to be ignored in drive thru. Never wasting my time on this placeagain. Read more
