I always come to this location because it?s better than the one that?s closer to my house. Today I went in and I had the best... drink I?ve gotten at any Starbucks and I always get the same thing.. the hot White chocolate mocha with oat milk and no whip.This was the first time that I actually could taste the white chocolate in it! The barista ( Gerrard, think that?s how it wasspelled) was new I believe but he is definitely a great addition if that?s how he?s making drinks lol. He was also very nicewith a calm demeanor which is great because sometimes the other baristas can seem irritated when they get busy. Read more

This Starbucks is so unprofessional. I went in there the other day to buy a drink and someone by the name of kris took my order.... I was already running late for work and was having a rough day and she decided to make it even worse by giving me attitude rightbefore I start my day. She was so rude answering my questions and was basically rushing me to hurry up and order. When my drinkcame out she just put it on the counter and walked away. This is also the second time I have witnessed her berating herbaristas and I also noticed she tends to single out the minorities. She is very rude and unprofessional and deserves to be firedbc obviously she doesn?t want a job and doesn?t know how to deal with customers or her workers properly. I will not be returningto this Starbucks you have lost a valued and paying customer. Read more

Very disappointed with this location. I frequent this location since it?s on the way to work. I made my pre order in the app as... always get to the location and the manager refused to come to the door to speak to me just kept saying the machine was broken.No signs on the door or drive thru to communicate the issue. No machine was needed to make the tea I ordered. Poor customerservice I will no longer go to this location. I will drive out of the way to go to a different location. Customer service is soimportant. Usually I have a great experience when I go weekday mornings. The staff if very friendly and I really appreciate their attitude... for such a hectic shift. When I go on the weekends however, the service is TERRIBLE. I have had a rude barista many times, Ibelieve its the same one named Kenli or something like that. Her attitude is so strong that I have left without ordering which Idon't usually do. I don't like to write mean reviews but this is the starbucks closest to me and it's terrible to have such abad barista serving me. Please do something about her. Read more

My favorite Starbucks. Kyra probably has to be one of the most attentive managers I?ve seen in there in a long time. I sit back... while I work and analyze how the staff communicates. You can tell she cares about the employees and if you?re regular sheremembers your order. Read more

Solid - very friendly staff, and prompt, reliable service. Pretty consistently serves as a meeting spot for... recruiters/headhunters and applicants, and similar professional or quasi-professional sitdowns, which I imagine is incentive forthe staff to keep it clean, functioning smoothly etc. The layout may be a newer or smaller floorplan than I?m used to (possiblysite-specific, as it?s a stand-alone location), but its exceptionally well-utilized, and accommodates more customers morecomfortably than you?d think.
