This is the worst Starbucks the wait here is always 20+ minutes, last time I was here I waited for 30 minutes inside only to... find out that there were still six drinks in front of me.. because they prioritize online orders ahead of walk-ins. Drivethrough is always packed as well I'm sitting here waiting I've been here for at least 15 minutes. You should go three blocksdown to the West airport and Kirkwood location I don't know why I ever end up here. Read more

The time I went they didn't have ingredients for 2 drinks that I wanted. I had to order another drink and it was okay. I stayed... inside to do work. I was there for about an 1 hour and not once did they clean the lobby. Before leaving I tried to ordersomething from the bakery menu and they didn't have it. Very bad efficiency with the staff. 2 team were in the way of the baristas makingorders. The waiting in the drive through is... always 10 min or more. The menu outside is blocked out. If you arrive at the wrong time you could be unsafely waiting in line onthe actual highway. Don't bother ordering an food items, it will add to the wait time. This is the only location this happensat. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING AVAILABLE to run inside either. Read more

Make sure you get your receipt when you leave. I order one coffee this Saturday the lady didn?t say anything about a receipt me... being on the phone at the time did think to ask for one. Looked at my bank app and was charged for two drinks. Will be callingtoday though about my card. Read more

I just wanted to share about my experience this morning. The system is down, only mobile orders were accepted. The situation is... completely out of their control. However, the entire staff was so patient with customers whom were NOT very happy due to thecircumstances. I?ve managed a business for the better half of 15 years and I must say, Sylonia and Katona (I hope I spelledthose names correctly) stood out and receive more than 5 stars! Those two young ladies not only were very helpful and patient,but their overall attitude in regards to the situation at hand was exemplary! In a service industry keeping a positive attitudeis tough. However, to not only have a positive attitude but their genuine ?I want to help you? mentality is a type of quality Ilook for in employees. That combination is very hard to come by these days. I would hire those two in a heartbeat at any of mylocations. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it tasted horrible. Mind you this is the only frappe... I get from there. The barista was rude as hell. I called multiple times to speak to a manager and no one answered. I will becalling corporate first thing in the morning. I have never had this experience at a Starbucks and I?ve been a loyal customersince I was 9yrs old. Just shut this store completely down!!!!! Read more

Every time I come and get a shake espresso it?s like they give me a cup of milk I always have to ask for them to remake it... because I don?t even taste the coffee they give me attitude and I always charge me an extra shot I never have this problem atany other Starbucks I come here because it?s the closest to my home but I will be driving the extra mile to get my coffee doneright without the extra charge Read more

This Starbucks location is okay. I had a weird and unwelcoming experience from the barista that was working the front. None of... the other employees welcomed us as we entered the front. I would not come back to this location. I would travel to a differentlocation for a better experience. To improve customer satisfaction, they should work on customer service skills rather thanspeed and processing of coffee. Read more
