I travel a lot and order from the Starbucks app a fair amount but I gad something happen to me tonight that I?ve never had... happen. First, I know that Starbucks stops brewing dark roast coffee at 11 am but that?s all I like so when I order it in theevenings, I order well in advance to allow time for a pour over. Tonight I ordered from my hotel before ever leaving. I got inmy truck and drove over to have the girl tell me ?we don?t have any dark roast?? I asked ?at all or do you need to do a pourover?? Well after being caught in this lie or unwilling to do the extra work, she got upset that I?d like to have what Iordered. Even had a second employee telling me how I didn?t understand. All three ladies behind the counter made snide commentsat my expense while I waited for my coffee that in total took about 25 minutes to prepare. Then they didn?t add the Splenda Irequested either. I?ve been to this location quite a bit since I stay at this same hotel a every other month or so. I was happyto see the French Press coffee place on my way back, they will have my business in the future. Read more
