I travel a lot and order from the Starbucks app a fair amount but I gad something happen to me tonight that I?ve never had... happen. First, I know that Starbucks stops brewing dark roast coffee at 11 am but that?s all I like so when I order it in theevenings, I order well in advance to allow time for a pour over. Tonight I ordered from my hotel before ever leaving. I got inmy truck and drove over to have the girl tell me ?we don?t have any dark roast?? I asked ?at all or do you need to do a pourover?? Well after being caught in this lie or unwilling to do the extra work, she got upset that I?d like to have what Iordered. Even had a second employee telling me how I didn?t understand. All three ladies behind the counter made snide commentsat my expense while I waited for my coffee that in total took about 25 minutes to prepare. Then they didn?t add the Splenda Irequested either. I?ve been to this location quite a bit since I stay at this same hotel a every other month or so. My favorite Starbucks! The baristas are all so friendly and always make me feel welcome. I come here every day and it never... fails to make me smile when I get greeted by name when I walk in. Stopped by here to quench our thirst. Ordered some herble tea with cups of ice so that we could make iced tea. Tea tasted good... and so did bakery items that we had later. The service was friendly. Read more

This location was well ran and very clean. The lady who took our order was super friendly and the entire staff was working and... making sure everything was taken care of. I ordered a plain iced coffee with mocha and it came out very good compared to otherlocations who mess up a simple order. We also ordered a vanilla cold brew and it was well made but the flavor doesn?t myparticular style. I would come back! Read more
