I love coming to this Starbucks to work on projects with all my heart and the baristas are always so nice, but when it gets... later in the day/night, the drink quality completely fumbles. I can understand being out of pumpkin spice right now, but thiswas the drink I received- and it doesn?t taste like what I ordered. The drive through takes forever, it literally take 15 + mins to order and this has happened numerous times. It seems as though... there is kids running the store in the evenings, that are goofing off and not taking there job seriously. If u want decentservice don?t come after 4pm. Read more
Danny or Manny whoever was working the drive-through window yesterday around 4pm Saturday was very rude. She seemed agitated and... not happy to be at work. This was my first time trying Starbucks and she ruined the experience. I also did not like the factthat she said that they store mango next to strawberries which I?m highly allergic to mangos so I couldn?t get a refresher. WhenI asked her about what drinks she gave me that were obviously wrong she said the sticker is on the cup you can read it mind youit had no sticker and I was not being rude. I just simply asked a question. I will definitely not be coming back to thislocation hopefully I can try another and have a better experience. Read more
Good place, very kind staff, and mostly always quiet and calm. (Except in rushes) Only 2 problems are: 1. The location is in a... fairly well known 'bad neighborhood. Just 1-2 blocks right around the corner. 2. The drive thru line is commonly packed almostall the way out of the parking lot. Read more
