For the third week in a row, I am with a crowd of people waiting for drinks as we stand in front of dozens of drinks and food.... Consistently at this location, the mobile drink orders become severely backed up resulting in customers waiting over an hour fortheir drink or just leaving all together. When customers leave, their orders are throw out ? an incredible waste of food anddrinks, not to mention money. I will stop coming to this location (or perhaps Starbucks in general) until their system iscorrected. Read more

Staff is very slow and dragging , does not greet the customers or even make eye contact. It?s like they are being forced to be... here. Nothing like my regular Starbucks . Used the app to call my mobile order in approximately 8 minutes before I pulled in .Waited another 10 minutes before I got my drink . I could she started the drink but kept loving to other orders before shefinally my order . I will not be back to this location . Very disappointed . Atmosphere is very sad . Read more
I am not very thrilled about this Starbucks. I didn't think the staff/manager will allow pets resting in the restuarants and... dog's hair on the floor. I usually go there after work but around this time the sun is bright very bright in the store because 2full windows are missing any blinds inside the store. So, the sun is directly looking at you. The amount of people who are moody and b*tchy before coffee is ridiculous. And the amount of people who can?t comprehend that... business do get backed up is annoying and un called for. And the amount of trash talk that these employees hear and they ALL arestill professional when all they are doing is doing their job to the best of their ability. Although they were backed up Sophiawhile being professional was able to take the lead from what I heard while the rest of the staff where friendly and efficient.They must have good training cause I would have snapped.
