I've been to many Starbucks locations in malls, stores, airports, stand alone locations, etc., but today was THE FIRST time I've... ever heard of ANYONE (even at this location) tell me they cut their blenders off 30 minutes before closing. Like what I'm theworld? If you ask didn't want to do your job then say that but don't carry on as though this is normal procedure when I know &have been to this location & ordered later than this but it's fine... I'll be sure to call the regional office for this locationtomorrow. So glad I took note of her name! Read more

What a bad experience today! I waited in line for a customer that was talking with the only employee there! I was waiting and... waiting and then I decided to "look for the sandwich" and in that moment the employee asked her "what are you going to have?"And the customer asked her "what flavor do you have?l" ... and they started talking about the different flavors finally she gotone and when the employee started preparing it she stopped many times to keep going with the conversation!" Staff/Ladies are extremely rude. Talked and argued with each other while taking my order, hence they charged me for my 2 Cafe... Mochas but made hot chocolate. When I went back mind you within minutes of noticing both mine and my husband had hot chocolate Iwalked back inside and she acted like she had not ever seen me before. I was the only one in line the first time. The cups didnthave our order sticker like normal, she demanded my receipt. My fault I told her I didnt need the receipt (I know, shame on me),but how can you get a simple order wrong like that. She Insisted I did not get my drinks from that location, that it must'vebeen the location in Summerwood. No problem I said, I will take my business there and keep it there. I did take the drinks tothe summerwood location, explained what had just happened to us and they apologized over and over which I told them wasntnecessary. They insisted on correcting our order and even gave us breakfast sandwiches for all the trouble. What a shame thatnot all locations are amazing as the Summerwood location. They will forever have my business. As for this krogerlocation....Never Again! I did call corporate to report what happened and got a refund and giftcard. Read more

I've never been to a more horrible Starbucks in my life. They are sooo slow, and they constantly talk to each other while you... are trying to order and arguing about how to make something. Employees in need of much more training. It's ridiculous. Read more
