Have recently had multiple experiences with unpleasantness in the drive thru at this location. A couple of times have just been... like ?wow, I guess this person really dislikes their job? to instances of downright snapping and condescension towardscustomers. Have had quite a few orders where something was made incorrectly, like regular mocha instead of white mocha or Iasked for 1 pump of a syrup and still got a wildly sugar filled drink with all the pumps. #firstworldproblems and what not, butthere?s really no need for rudeness. Online ordering is down a lot. I drove thru today and got a nitro cold brew w/ sweet cream and a pup cup. The guy at the window... didn?t understand how to apply my stars from my app. He scanned my phone then said I didn?t have have enough for a free drink. Isaid I should be able to use the ones I have and pay the difference. He said I don?t think that?s how it works and scanned itagain, then said I didn?t have any stars. Frustrated, I just asked for my total. He said it was 84 cents. So obviously itreduced my total by applying the stars I had. He just said yeah I guess, then shoved my drinks at me, the pup cup went flyingand got whip cream all over my lap and inside of my car. And the lid to my nitro cold brew came off. The drink tastes prettybadly, just like the last nitro I got from this location - bitter and like artificial sweetener. I?ll avoid this location in thefuture. Read more

Loved this location. Super cozy with plenty of seating options. Quick, kind service. I went to this one because the one around... the corner in City Centre closed 30 minutes early. I was frustrated, but I?m glad I ended up here! Read more

If you look at all the negative reviews of this location, it?s all customer service based. And it?s all within the last few... months. I?m 35, and I?ve been going to Starbucks since I was 13 in many different cities and countries. In 22 years, I?ve hadnothing but great customer service which is one of the things Starbucks is known for. My usual Starbucks location is underconstruction, and this is the next closest location, so I had to stop here. Never again, I?d rather drive 8 miles than come hereagain. The horrible customer service everyone is talking about in their reviews comes from a woman. Her name is Janine, andironically she?s the manager. Blows my mind too. People like her give Starbucks a bad taste. Extremely rude, and honestlypersonally attacks people with her choice of words. I came up to the drive thru with my husband who didn?t know what he wantedyet and he asked for a minute but got no response, so then about 10 seconds later he started giving his order where he wasgreeted with ?oh now you know what you want?? Rude, but we just assumed this person was having a bad day, and ordered my usualdrink which is not complicated, a double shot espresso with cold foam and cinnamon mixed in. She charged me an extra 80 cents,and when I asked what it was for, she said it was because she was going to have to mix my drink twice. I was so confused andsaid I didn?t need it mixed, I just wanted cinnamon blended in with the cold foam that already had to be mixed. As I wasexplaining that, she cut me off and said ?yeah ok I get it I get it, you can stop there.? And this point it felt a little toorude for me, so at the window, a gentleman gave us our drinks and I asked for a manager and a woman came up to the window whoturned out to be the same girl who took our order. Told her I felt she came on too strong, and she said ?no I didn?t, I wasbeing blunt with you. Got a cup of pikes place at 6am this morning. After arriving at work 5-10 minutes later I took a sip. Not hot, not really... lukewarm. Tasted like yesterday's coffee and quite bitter. I called and they offered me a new cup which was appreciated...but Ihad no desire/time to go back. First time this has EVER happened to me at a Starbucks. Read more

It?s hit or miss. I?ve been several times lately (I go everyday, but not always the same one), and my drinks have been... undeniable lately. I?m going to give this Starbucks a 1 star!!! Yesterday I went late around 5 and the girl with threads on her hair, the only... female posible working there was very rude and had the worst customer service!!! We asked to see if they had a cheese grill andI really couldn?t hear what she was saying, but when I repeatedly asked what she said ((( I said let me check if we have somewith an attitude ??? because of people like her and her attitude they make this world a horrible place. Get a job where we don?thave to see faces like you ? honestly just fire her and get another person who can represent Starbucks not a horrible personwith no personality! It depends what they you go but on a Saturday it was quiet and had plenty of seats. My drink was good and it came out fast.
