The workers had the drive through menus on like they were ready to take orders, so I decided to go through the drive through and... instead of telling me something like ?Hey were not open just yet give us X amount of time? or anything, they actively disconnectthe HDMI to the menu screen to where it showed the ?no HDMI connection? on the screen and left me sitting there stunned that,was the route they took to let a paying customer know that they were not yet open. So just pointing out how much Starbucks has changed throughout the years. Once upon a time you can ask any employee especially... a manager and the reply was always with a smile and pleasant. Today I came in to grab a drink and I have not been at a Starbucksin a long time and the manager reminded me why I had stopped supporting this coffee shop. I asked if I purchased a tumbler of mydrink was free because obviously that?s the drink going inside of it and she straight up said ?no? the attitude was not evenwarranted.
