The workers had the drive through menus on like they were ready to take orders, so I decided to go through the drive through and... instead of telling me something like ?Hey were not open just yet give us X amount of time? or anything, they actively disconnectthe HDMI to the menu screen to where it showed the ?no HDMI connection? on the screen and left me sitting there stunned that,was the route they took to let a paying customer know that they were not yet open. So just pointing out how much Starbucks has changed throughout the years. Once upon a time you can ask any employee especially... a manager and the reply was always with a smile and pleasant. Today I came in to grab a drink and I have not been at a Starbucksin a long time and the manager reminded me why I had stopped supporting this coffee shop. I asked if I purchased a tumbler of mydrink was free because obviously that?s the drink going inside of it and she straight up said ?no? the attitude was not evenwarranted. I came here because it was close to the grocery store I go to after over a year of not coming to this locations for issues with... drinks. This time, drink was made only halfway with coffee and halfway with sweet cream. 8 dollar drink with half the coffee?This Starbucks never makes a cup right. People are amazing and helpful and the space is nice and large. My big problem with this place, however, is how dirty it usually... is. I have come here three or four times, and I have never found it acceptably clean to be honest. The bathrooms also have acode ro enter which is a little inconvenient, and on top of that it makes you think they are very clean because they arewell-guarded or something, but they are not. The entire floor of the store seems to be in dire need of some serious scrubbingand there is small random trash all over the place. I think this place has every potential to get a five star review because ofthe staff and space as well as location. But it really needs to be cleaned up for that! Read more
It was the first time I saw the Restroom had a security lock at Starbucks. It just was funny; no complaints.
