Wednesday March 20 I stopped at this location. I was told by an employee a long drawn out lie about why Starbucks forbids the... employees from warming a customer's personal cup with hot water because, he alleged, a customer had mold in cup and the baristagot violently ill, so Starbucks made it policy to not preheat or rinse personal cups. This little Starbucks is located inside Target, near the entrance. It serves Starbucks coffee and other drinks. I got a Teavana... macha green tea. There weren't a lot of good seats to choose from, though, so you probably can't expect to stay long. Also, theytake Starbucks gift cards here. I was able to use my online one. Read more
Waited about 5 minutes for someone to appear, made the drink very sloppy and spilling out of the lid, made no effort to clean it... up. I'm also pretty sure she did not add espresso even though I asked to confirm she said she did, but i cannot taste it. Read more
The barista seemed irritated that we even came in there since she was busy flirting with a vendor. She had paperwork all over... the counter and just kept doing the paperwork until someone got in line behind us then she finally took our order. My mother andI both told her thank you and have a nice day and she just walked off. Definitely shouldn't be in a customer service position. Ilove this target and the employees but whoever does the hiring for the Starbucks inside should reevaluate their hiring strategy. Read more
