I ordered a bagel toasted. When I hit into it I could tell it was still doughy. I asked for it to be toasted and they said they... couldn?t help me. I had just spent 30 (drink, cup and bagel) and the fact that they wouldn?t honor my actual order wasdisappointing. I told them to keep the drink and there away the bagel (to which no refund was offered). I will not be returningas they have shown how little they value customers. More money saved! Read more
I've been to this location twice. Both times I've experienced the same thing. The costumer service is amazing so 5 stars for... that. My reason for 3 stars is on both visits my frappuccino had way too many pieces of ice in it. It was difficult to drinkbecause of the amount of chunks. Read more

Please AVOID this Starbucks!! I went to get some school work done and they had ZERO outlets! This is so unheard of as a frequent... Starbucks visitor. The customer service at this location was extremely rude, my partner sent me their code because they wantedto treat me to a drink and they wouldn?t let me use it? I was the only customer there and somehow it took 15 minutes for mydrink to be made?! With so many other Starbucks in the area you?re better off if you avoid this one! Read more
Woke up craving my usual every morning, to only be disappointed by this location that is near me that I?ve been dying to try.... Ordered my Blonde vanilla latte on the app when it was ready for pickup drink was totally made wrong, no vanilla was added atall, I also requested foam be added which by the picture you could tell it wasn?t, drink was totally not sweet at all, went backto the window to only be greeted by a rude employee who told me she was just going to give me a cup of vanilla which she onlydid one pump of vanilla in the cup for a Size VT. This Starbucks is a nice addition to the area, and it is one of the nicest locations in the southern parts of Houston/Pearland... area. The outdoor seating is very nice with optional styles between those who may want to study or work and those who want toenjoy a group meet-up. The inside is very spacious as well. Only disadvantage of this location is the limited power supply forthose who may want to do some mobile work. There are no power outlets outside and only one inside. Also this location does notsell merchandise such as tumblers or bags of coffee. On the plus side, over all the staff is pretty friendly. One or two mayseem like transplants from your old independent shops where customer engagement is not enjoyed. The service is quick and they dotheir best to get your order correct. I usually stop in and enjoy a drink on Tuesdays when I am in the area. Read more
