I did not know they allowed dogs in store....air filled with stinky dog fresh from running....employees need to say something to... safeguard thier store n customers enviorment....this was clearly not aby kinda of service dog, the owner DUDE was very clearlynervous about dogs behavior....tie dog up outside DUDE. Location in Bellaire TX. If there's negative stars I will definitely give it. I asked for which chocolate mocha as it's my drink... every single day. I found lines of caramel inside the cup. I went back to ask before I drink it cuz I am allergic to caramel.That guy who's always there with that attitude, said it doesn't have a caramel and he confirmed it several times with hisattitude. I tried the drink in the car and yes it was caramel!!! I went back and then he changed his story lying in my face thathe was asking me what was my drink and I was the one didn't answer! He really shouldn't be working in such a place. It's allabout how to treat customers and obviously he didn't learn that. If you weren't the one made the drink or saw it made then don'teven open your mouth. If I have to go to the hospital for that, I would really not let it go. I'm very disappointed at Starbuckswho hires such people. Very unprofessional.. The manager was questioning me why I can't have caramel instead of apologizing.Never again in this location. I got two VENTI Drinks and they were bad . I asked for a upside down iced caramel macchiato almond milk, white chocolate in the... espresso and light ice and it was horrible when I asked if that was light ice because they put a whole cup in but the man at thewindow said it was light ice but with a attitude ! Also I got a vanilla bean frappe with Java chips and it was just all milkwith a splash of Java and vanilla bean powder this has never happen to me I?ve been coming here since they open and this is thefirst time I give a bad review. A cup if joe and a pastry for ten bucks now days is ok. It is good coffee. One caution the parking driveway to the drive thru is... also a drive way to the bank drive thru. Which is handy if you bank there. Read more
The manager who served me on the drive-thru she have a bad attitude and she said that she speak only English when I was talking... to her in ENGLISH and her name is Tawanna some like that. I always go to that Starbucks but after this happened I'm not goingthere anymore . Also I ordered a large coffee and she put it on the system small. I don't know why they call her the manager ifshe don't even know how to take the order right. Read more
Got a large Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with coconut milk and a pump of white mocha sauce. Turned out to be about an 8$... drink good thing I used points. Everything went well. Sat in for a while. Read more
Not the best Starbucks. They WILL close 8 to 10 minutes EARLY and ignore you. If you?re a loyal Starbucks customer they don?t... care either. Sad. Hopefully DISTRICT or Corporate management will read this and train better. Sad. Read more
