If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 3 drinks online. I always get the chai tea with matcha cold foam. They put the matcha... inside of the chai tea instead of the cold foam. ALL of the matcha was sitting at the bottom of the cup balled up. No otherlocation has ever made it this way. The OLD miserable Caucasian lady at the window was an a** hole about remaking the drink. Shetried to force me to come inside when I was already at the window. I refused because I had a newborn in the car. She caught anattitude and told me to order correctly and put notes next time. Dummy! There is no notes section online, cornball. I asked herif she was a supervisor (didn?t think so) and told her to learn some customer service. I will never return to thislocation. Thanks to the lady who remade the drink politely! Read more

I don?t frequent Starbucks as much as I would like to but when I do, it?s always a treat to myself. I was already annoyed having... to go inside because of the parking situation, and the girl that was at the front was so rude, she was in a hurry to get myorder in she kept giving me the total before I could finish the rest of my order. When my food was ready they kept calling outas the order was, and I didn?t notice for a long time because she never got my name. I forget what the sizes are called and Isaid I wanted a medium, and she had put in a tall, I think it?s common sense I meant a grande when I said medium. I finishedthat little drink I?m a Couple of sips. Read more

Love love love this location! Even though they are always busy, the workers are lovely and very helpful. They're quick to serve... you and quick to get your drink out. Shoutout to Pammy - always the best and friendliest! This location is clean. The lobby isa great place to gather for small groups (max 4 people). There are plugs/outlets along the wall seating area to charge yourphone. They have banned the children from the middle schools from coming here without parental supervision (thank goodness). Frankly, this Starbucks has always been consistent, quick and some of the kindest and most professional barristas in... Houston. Bur I will not return unless Josh Deleon is hired or duly compensated for his wrongful termination due to unionbusting corporate executives. Read more

Congratulations everyone for standing for your rights, you deserve to be compensated for your hard work. It won?t be easy but... keep the faith, just think of how many people you?ve inspired to make change in their workplaces, communities, and even schools.I?ll be sure to stop by more often and get the word out to show support. The corner of W. Gray and S. Shepherd is the most wired intersection in Houston. There are two stand-alone Starbucks coffee... shops and a coffee bar in Barnes & Noble - all within 100 yard of each other. ???? I really like this coffee shop. It's a greatplace to relax with a cup of your Starbucks concoction. I prefer my coffee hot, strong and black. The baristas here are veryfriendly and outgoing. Read more

Pulled into their parking lot to avoid the flood waters I was caught in on the way home. Was turned away at the door, along with... others who were looking for a place to wait the storm out. We were told they were closing due to the bad weather. 5 or so of usjust stood in the balcony area due to stalled cars or stretching our legs from being stuck in the parking. The employees justsat inside, because they also couldn?t leave due to weather, playing on their phones and snacking on stuff. Read more
