I went here to redeem my birthday drink and g it was the worst decision. The worst customer service ever. The barista was... extremely slow and I swear a sloth would have been faster than her. I received some Starbucks Coffee as a gift from my fiancée and she was told that we could take it to any Starbucks location and... they would grind it for us this is their policy which was confirmed when I spoke to Starbucks corporate customer service. Thewoman in the store was very rude and said it was against their policy. It's pretty sad since I used to go here 2-3 times a weeksince it's the closest Starbucks to my home. Will never go back to this location, after having to drive across town to get mycoffee ground.
