The best time to visit is in the morning. It is quiet and lots of available seats. Staff was friendly and very attentive.

Honestly there was a car in front of us at the drive thru that seemed to order the entire menu while in line and it put everyone... back 25 minutes. When we finally got out drinks, they tasted burnt and were awful. Obviously didn?t focus on the drinks afterthe big order. Read more

While their customer service and drinks were great, the atmosphere of the store was anything but great. I went there to study... and this location is just very dirty. From the trash on the ground, trash overflowing, trash left on the tables, tables neverwiped down while I was there for 4+ hours, and the bathrooms not clean at all, it was all very disturbing!! I usually love goingto Starbucks to study, but this one just drove me crazy seeing how dirty everything was. Read more

The worst Starbucks I have ever been too. So inconsistent and you will never get the same drink twice. Store is filthy all the... time whether they are busy or not. I tried talking to shift managers for months now and then most recently the store manager.While she was quick to respond to email, the issues haven't improved. I'm not paying this kind of money for drinks I didn'torder. I can make better coffee at home. Read more

Unfortunately probably the worst Starbucks we?ve been to. We spent a half hour waiting in the drive thru. When we finally got to... the window, both drinks were completely melted and were missing ingredients. The person at the drive thru was also rude anddisappeared for several minutes without saying anything or apologizing/explaining the wait and seemed annoyed when we pointedout we were missing an item from our order. Horrible service. Mark was condescendingly taking my order and he was trying to rush my order multiple times asking me what I... wanted despite me looking at the menu. At the window, there was a lot missing from the drink. I understand the concept of makingmatcha (I make it at home as well) but that doesn?t mean that more than 1/4 of the drink was foamy. Mark was passive aggressiveon top of that and tried to argue with an already dissatisfied customer. I come to this location always so there was no reasonhe needed to argue my request. I asked for soy milk and they tried to give me 2% milk. I asked for 3 croissants they said they didn?t have any. I said ok. They... charge me for something I didn?t order them they asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. then she said sorry I over chargedyou. I wonder if she would have said anything if I said no receipt. Then once she refunded me, they said oh we do havecroissants. Where is the 0 star button?? Read more
