Terrible! I?m a partner at Starbucks and I wanted a iced London fog tea latte with vanilla, sweet cream cold foam, and cinnamon... on top. I was aware that the tea had to steep, but I was not expecting them to make me make my own drink. They handed me the teawhich tasted awful! They handed me the sweet cream cold foam and a cup of ice and basically telling me to make my own drink inmy car! Never come here! Read more
I?ve been coming here for a few months since I moved in the Heights area! There are two locations very close to each other and I... chose this one for the efficient and friendly service. Today I had a guy that was so rude to me, I may never come back to thislocation again. If you?re going to have that attitude even when I?m apologetic for making an honest mistake, you should not beworking in the front window. This manager here is very rude. They never have a set time for their scheduled hours of business. They always have a sign up... that their closing earlier then what they are supposed to, so be careful when looking at the hours of business. The drinkssometimes come out good and sometimes don't. Not really that well organized and aren't that friendly. Don't think I'll bereturning to this location. Read more
I went to Starbucks on Sunday morning just to get out of the house for awhile just for the feel of the Starbucks coffee and just... to check out the place.It was very nice the vibe was good inside. A lot of people were coming in and out with their children andtheir families. So I see a lot of people really love Starbucks coffe. Who would have guessed That was said with a bit ofsarcasm. coffee some people did I witnessed people coming in to just hang out and drink their coffee for a little while. I sawmany many faces of the employees. I ordered a drink I ordered what I always order. Which is the green tea frappuccino but forsome some reason they kind of messed up on my order and gave me the chai tea frappuccino. I ordered it skinny also. They messedup so they fixed my order very quickly and gave me the correct item. Which is what I did order. I enjoyed it a great bit. I didget a few extra items. I got a Benito bowl or a protein bowl something like that. I felt the need to stay for a while longerthey were playing Christmas music inside. It was kind of cold outside so I did explore the outdoor seating but it was a littlebit to cold for me so I just went and got back in my car. Overall I enjoyed this location. I enjoyed my frappuccino and yes Iwould love to return in the near future. Read more
I?m not a big fan of Starbucks but this business made a great impression on me because of there customer service. I walked in... and everyone spoke to me with a smile and asked my we help you. The employees stayed busy doing something at all times and stillhad a smile. Way to go now that great service like it suppose to be . Employee used bathroom and walked out leaving urine behind on the toilet seat. Washed his hands but clearly did not check behind... himself after leaving copious amounts of urine sitting on top of the toilet seat. This same employee ordered food it was servedprior to the customers where he must have been on break or had some special privilege and when addressed about his sloppinessmerely Shrugged his shoulders and did not reply. This is not a Starbucks that I would ever go into again with employees socareless and inconsiderate as to leave the bathroom facilities for the public and customers in such disarray and filthiness. The girl working drive through last night is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Not only did she hand me the wrong drink... after I confirmed what was on the screen to not even handing me my item I was waiting for. I had to knock on the drive thruwindow twice to get her attention (I have a large suv so I could reach) and she had the nerve to give me attitude because shegave me the wrong total amount, wrong drink and missed an item Thankfully I wont have to endure this location lack of serviceagain Read more
