My family and I came to this Starbucks on Saturday so 3 women were working at the other side of the counter, our coffees were... served completely opposite of what we ordered coffee was cold not hot we order hot coffees, when we asked the black lady atthe other side of the counter, she was rude unprofessional the Hispanic lady was just laughing at Us, who employed thispeople? to work on a customer service job?, may be this people working in this place don't know better for lock of education butthe managers that hired them should know better then putting people with attitudes that don't know the difference between ajob and personal problems, because obviously they bring there own problems at work. The product is never the issue at Starbucks. The review is on the employee. She literally had a serving b**** attitude. Did not... say hello or good morning or any greeting. I walked up to her and said hello, no response, then I made my order. She then saidpress skip and insert card Referring To payment. This Starbucks Coffee bar is located just inside the Target Store entrance at Memorial City Mall. It's a good place to grab a... cup of ? before venturing into the mall concourse.. The barista who waited on me was very friendly and personable. It's a smallshop so the line can get a lttle long at times. Read more
